My boyfriend and I came in and got two bags. The blonde thicker lady was helping us cash out.we payed all cash and at first she said we were short $800 (we always count the money before hand more then twice) we told her to count it in front of us again and it came out to be under $300.meanwhile the lady had a small personal handbag OPEN on her side! It was overall sketchy. We work hard for our money and felt like we were being taken advantage of because we payed with cash and are young. WANT TO WARN EVERYONE TO WATCH WHEN THEY PAY

I love LV, but this store's customer service needs a tad of a command to make them move and help you. You really need to show them that you are there to do business and you better know what you want ahead of time and how much it costs. I suggest you get familiar with what is new and trending and don't expect them to go above and beyond. I personally never had a bad experience there, but I think because I know my stuff, It get's them moving and I can get what I want and make it in and out of the store very quickly. I never go there dressed down, they do judge, just so you know. There is a bad energy in that store, it might make you feel uncomfortable, but don't let it get to you, just be prepared to steamroll them They do need to step up their game and learn from Vegas location.
