24Went in looking for one item. Due to upcoming holidays store was rearranged. Found an employee at a computer terminal and waited a few minutes in case he was in the middle of something. After few minutes I said "excuse me? " I waited about 30 seconds more and said it again "excuse me sir, Can you help me find something? " At this point I knew he saw me if not heard me because he had glanced at me out of the corner of his eye and saw me waiting, but still did not acknowledge me. I tried to get his attention once more by asking him if he knew where the product was. I still received no response and and no acknowledgement. Lowe's lost a customer, Home Depot got my business and will from now on.
Normally don't have any issues with products or service. But yesterdays visit proved otherwise. Sale clerk had no knowledge of plumbing questions. Then, faucet we wanted was too high to reach. Clerk said he'd be back to help but never came back. On a good note, service in paint department was very helpful.
I was disappointed at first the way everything going with my purchase of my tile and trying to rent the truck. Had to get the truck from another store but the tile manager made everything right in the end. Thanks
I appreciate the friendly and personal service. Rarely when I request the location of an item do I encounter a service person direct me to the location. They are usually helpful and courteous and escort me to the item.
