Lowe's Home Improvement, Jacksonville FL

This is not one of the better stores, but it is the closest to us and we were in emergency mode due to a failed kitchen faucet. The associate that said he'd be right with us disappeared, never to be seen again. The stock was less than ideal, but hey, I needed a faucet today, not four days from now (if I had ordered my preferred model)
So, we're dealt with it, hopefully the new faucet is not a complete waste of money, etc.

I went in for a dewalt deal. Employees dont acknowledge you. Store had no real deals and non of the quick Christmas gift displays that Home Depot had. I regretted stopping there.

I got there 10 minutes before they closed. Everybody was standing at the door like it was countdown to the New Year. Nobody greeted me. I walked to the service desk where a gentleman was counting his register out for the night. He seemed super annoyed that I politely interrupted him to ask him about batteries for my car fob. I maintained my composure and walked it absolute horrible customer service. The only person that was nice was the guy at the exit.go figure!

Slow and disorganized. It took almost 1 hour for 2 people to find our fridge we ordered and after driving to store to pick up.

Lowes has everything you need to make changes to your home. I'm use to menards in the north and I knew where everything in that store was. It takes way more time now but I will find my way around.

Love's is awesome everything you could possibly need you go to buy cabinets from Lowe's they can get you any habit you want to expensive but I can get it for you.

Looking for a new weather station, and they had several good ones to choose from. Found one which fits perfectly for my needs.

Ordered wooden fencing from the website and had it delivered. When I was on the gate portion. It was not put together very well. The 2x4 framing even had a cracked wood. Right where the latch would meet.
Obviously this isn't good, in no time it would crack.
Manage to fit the gate in my car. Go to my local Lowe's. They exchanged it for a very solid gate. And gave me a return for the delivery fee.
They did this in less than 15 minutes.
No big hassle or hoops to jump through. They made it easy. So five stars

I'm rating this place 4/5 stars because yesterday i was looking at a grill for Christmas and it didn't have the box to it so i asked a employee if she could go to the back and try and find the box which she did but took like almost 2 hours, other than that very satisfied.

Just went to Lowes at the Jacksonville location (Phillips hwy) and it was a horrible experience. We went as a family to get our Christmas tree and nothing looked like it did last year. One employee seemed clueless and annoyed at being there.full of rookies. The set up was narrow and people kept getting in each other's way. There was no electricity for a long time so the saw wasnt working.we stood there watching as employees kept shouting at each other: is it working? No! Is it working now? No! I was told they had a long extension cord but two days ago it was misplaced so they were using over 7 extension cords and the saw would not work. What happened #Lowes?

It's a Lowe's. Same products, same general setup, same atmosphere. But you can tell it's newer than most Lowe's around the country, well stocked, clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. I've visited this location about 10 times over the last 3-4 months and I am pleased so far. I'm sure that if I keep going I'll run into a poor employee or have a bad experience but that can happen anywhere.

Another great and easy experience; took an item in for even exchange with no issues, Ms. Lisa was a sweetheart and also gave me a Flag and thanked me for my service. Got a few other things in gardening and Ms Tiara was lovely as well. Thanks!

Store feels unorganized at times and employees take forever to respond for help even when pressing the assistance buttons or paging from the customer service desk.

Worst Lowes I've ever been too.

Just no help until you heard them laughing all in the back. Find another one than this 9ne.

Decent, went in to use the restroom and make a key at the minutekey kiosk. Restrooms were somewhat clean, a few toilets needed to be cleaned (because apparently people don't know how to flush toilets anymore. No fault to lowe's).

Sometimes, when least expect it, a miracle can occur. I recently visited the floor decor and asked for assistance. To my surprise, the representative not only ignored me but he then walked away like I was invisible. My experience at Lowes was quite the opposite. The representative stopped, gave my wife and I her full attention. She made suggestions and also called an alternate store and discovered the item was in stock there and in the volume I needed. That was not enough. I went back two more times and she remembered me and gave the same superior service. I was truly touched by an angel in the Tile department.

Typical Lowe's can't find what you need cuz nobody knows where anything is although in the plumbing department the guy was super helpful and I got to say as far as those guys that was about the best experience but I've had luckily I know the store like the back of my hand and I know my trade so I'm not dependent upon store employees to know what they're doing however. If you're a homeowner you should do some research before you go shopping

I avoid going here at all costs because of the poor customer service. Literally the worst service in Jacksonville EVERY TIME I GO.

I usually have a good experience at Lowe's. This time unfortunately I did not. First I'd call see if they had what I was looking for was left on hold for x. That I finally got ahold of somebody I was told they had when I was looking for and when I got there they did not have what I was looking for but I still gave it at 3 cuz the people I talk to her actually nice

Me and my fiance went looking for a particular piece of plumbing to replace in his mom's toilet, we had some trouble finding it so he went looking for help while I continued to look. I found it before anyone could get to us, I suppose they were a little shorthanded today. However, the guy in the appliance department was extremely helpful and I've been to this Lowe's quite a few times without any problems.
