26Got asked about three different times if I needed any help. Was looking for hinge templates and was taken right to it. Rep.was about to clock out, but he helped me. Now that's Service. I'm handicapped and check out asked if I needed any help to my car. Sometimes it's the little things that keeps you coming back! Great Job and I'll Be Back!
I just love going to LOWES in the morning. They always have what I want or need and I can grab my intended purchases and wander/browse without the constant interruption I get from other home improvement stores.
Got what I thought I needed, turned out to not work. Overall, could've easily been a one star rating. I was never distracted or unfortunately, assisted by anyone. I'll go back for my return, after that, we'll see.
I wish I could give Lowes more than 5 stars! I had a huge order to place for work and needed help. Gina was beyond patient. Thank you so much and I will definitely switch my shopping from Home Depot to Lowes in the future.
Last few times I've been in Lowe's I felt like the employees are there just to make a check. Not much above and beyond I can see
They didn't have all of the larger, lower priced pice of material we needed. Wouldn't give us the smaller material at the lower price even though we needed more of them. Then they charged us for all at the higher price. Then in order to get it corrected, I had to write out what I should have been charged for and look up the stock number on my phone so they could ring it up. Seriously?
