Terrible customer service.they don't honor the policy on kobalt tools that carry a lifetime no hassle warranty. They asked for a receipt, I bought the item well over 5 years ago. The lowes policy on the website states receipts are not needed but lowes stores can apparently dictate their own policy.

Waranty offer in confuce Because they offer and went you needed hooo i m sorry this don t covert in the warenty that you perch is after manufactory finish.

Store is clean and well stocked. Easy to find help if needed. Friendly cashiers. Check out was quick.

Customer service at garden check out today was terrible cashier was not helpful and shows a don't care attitude had to go over to return department after waiting 20mins to get help they were great &save the day if Lowe going to compete with Home Depot their success depends on who they place on front line very disappointed I was told after waiting 20min if you can't wait leave it you can come back later I mean after waiting 20min To top it off I came home call to speak to customer service Mgr was put on hold 40 min with 2 interrupt of how can I help you only to be put on hold after say what I need place on another hold with music untill line went dead

Was not busy but could not find what I was looking for and no associate around to help-had to walk the entire store to find someone; unfortunately what I needed was out of stock.: -/

Couldn't find anyone on floor to help and when we finally did she was busy talking on her cellphone to show us were product was.

Clean & Well Lit. Had plenty of the special ladder I was looking for. Cashier was polite & friendly.

Although I did find what I needed I got no help from the staff. I was trying to lift a fan by myself as I am older now and not able to do it as well when I asked one of the gentlemen I say that term loosely, as he was no gentleman, going pass me.he said no no I can't help you. So I'm manipulated the box over my cart and let it drop in, as It fell and I hope it didn't get damaged. There is never any help in this store so you're on your own. I did purchase some things that were 75% off in their Christmas section which helped with the harsh reality of being ignored.

Couldn't get any help, so my wife and I left with our $500 dollars we planned on spending. One employee walk by me with earphones on screaming loudly. I waived my hands at her to try and get some help. That got me a dirty look.

I think the staff there is bit nonchalant. Lately, I wanted to buy some lighting material. The boxes were covered with dust. As there is no expiration date, I only could assume that they've there untouched for a long time. I got the item from the competitor. In the garden section, they discount the half dead plants. I buy some of them sometimes and successfully revived them.

They have great deals and lots of things you can't get at home depot they cater to the weekend warrior and the construction pros

Went there for Christmas tree and found one almost perfect at a reasonable price. This after going to two other places, one with no available trees and the other with some but expensive.

Our cabinet was way, way up high. The guys had to bring it down. They were very cautious. The main clerk made sure no corners had been damaged on the carton. The same clerk carefully managed the people who placed it in the car. Excellent service.

Nothing in stock even if online it says there is stock. No one to help and little to no pride in customer service.

Found what I was looking for with the help of the staff. Customer Service for a refund was a bit slow. Would recommend Lowes over Home Depot.

Place is always clean and well staffed. The lady at the register super nice. Bought 2 outdoor chairs, 10 dollars each. Great price.

On the corner of University Blvd and Oakland Park road is another home improvement store like Home depot. I personally prefer Home depot because I believe their is a wider range of products and services. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I simply hate this place with a passion.
Employees have the horrible attitude and no one knows nothing.

Easy in and out parking. Has everything needed for home improvement projects. Bought materials and received a military discount on the whole lot.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered doors and paid for installation July 22,2018. We still do NOT have doors! The first set was ordered wrong, threshold was damaged and the trim was wrong. Seems as though Chelsea ordered whatever she felt like ordering. The 2nd set of doors are WRONG! It is now October 28,2018 and I'm getting a refund. No more chances! Corporate will hear from me first thing in the morning. I will NEVER use this Lowes again!
