Lowe's Home Improvement, Sunrise FL

Went in there to get under kitchen sink water filter system no selection at all I was disappointed going to Lowe's I couldn't believe it no under the sink water filter systems no selections only one.end up going to Home Depot and Home Depot had so many different selections I won't be going back to Lowe's anymore

Very good customer service, in addition to its employees are very patient to attend for older people and you can find good prices (not expensive compared to other places)

When asking about an item in the garden department your employees should be able to tell a customer if it's on sale or not. Not helpful to tell me to ask someone else!

If you're looking for something special you can never find any employees on the floor to help you so you have to walk all over the store until you see some employee and ask them what you're looking for and then you have to walk all the way back through the entire store to get back to where you were standing where there was nobody to help you. It's best if you go on roller skates.

A gentleman name Lloyd help me and my friend find wall shelves. Good Employ. First time ever going to this store. Turns out it was the better option between Target and Walmart for shelve options.

Best way I can judge Lowe's it's by comparing it to its competitor. Both are within walking distance of where I live. The Isles are wide there is a wide variety of products, the products are displayed neatly, and it seems like it's better staffed in terms of number as opposed to the orange home improvement store

I parked up close to the plant department to get some mulch that's on sale after walking all over I walked back to the front where the cashier was and asked her where is the mulch. Well the mulch is way way way in the back. Why so far.at least in home Depot it's close to the front.perhaps I'll just get it at home Depot from now on

Lately I have been going there instead of the HD thats closer. I have noticed that sales reps actually ask if I need help. Also, The HD seems to be out of what ever I need and they have shut off entire rows during the busy hours without stocking or using the forklift.

Really bad service. Every other employee was on the phone. Not the usual experience when shopping at a hardware store.

Well it's good bargaining on different quality tools and my goung to branch put with his great tools he bought from Lowe's

Customer service today was very poor. Don't think. I am planning to make a purchase there anytime soon.

This is the worst lowes store ive ever been in. " the store manager has the worst attitude ive seen in a person. The customer service was horrible its completely unorganized. Lowes company really needs to consider a rehiring at this location or close it down all together.

As a non ambulatory vet, it is my opinion that all staff at your store seemed to exceed more than the usual required helpfulness in their job performance. I thank all for wonderful treatment I received.

Great customer service. I could actually find someone to ask questions. It would've been a 5 but one staff member was chewing gum (not very professional) and took a while before being acknowledged.

Go to this place weekly.
The other home improvement store is closer to my house. It hardly ever has what I need, that's why Lowe's is my first shop stop.

Rarely shop here as I usually shop at Home Depot. The workers in the store seem uninterested in their job, customer service is almost non-existent. The store has a mild smell of mold throughout the entire building.prices are reasonable and the variety is great.

No one in flooring to assist. Spoke with about 5 employees they said that they could not help. Paged for someone 3 times. No one ever showed up.

Cashier refused to put in the item number for some hardware, wanted to charge me the price for stainless steel vs zinc plated steel. Walked out and went 2 blocks South to Home Depot. Saved $. 38, but do you think Lowe's will see any business from me anytime soon?
