Lowe's Home Improvement, Cape Coral FL

Got the hotdog stand back out front, got a great deal 2 hotdogs, 2 drinks & a small bag of chips for $7.00! Then went in and did our shopping for a lumber project!

Needed some stuff from the job found a very helpful young lady she stopped what she was doing help me find the things I needed to get the job done love it she needs to be committed wish I had a got her name

What a chaotic disaster. Spending hour of wasted time trying to get to sliding glass doors that are in stock. Right there, I could see them. They’re on the second level shelf. But there is nobody in the entire store with the “license” to operate the equipment to bring it down. Who decided it was a good idea to run a construction supply warehouse with no way for people to actually buy the things they need? Nobody knows what’s going on, understaffed, re-organize the entire store so that nobody knows where anything is. What a joke.

Customer service is horrible. Go to Home Depot. It pains me to say this being a Lowes shareholder.

They need to train there people better. I wanted a frame for a screen door. The guy in the door depmarment sent me to hardware and they did not have it there. The i hardware said that it has to in the door area. I went to Home Depot asked the guy in the door area and he walked me over and gave me one. I was in the store 10. Min. I was in Lowes for 45 min and got nothing

I like shopping this Lowe's they always have someone to help you unlike home Depot which I never shop at anymore haha

I appreciate this place I enjoy shopping here I think I know the store more then the employees that work there.

They normally have everything I want. I've had flooring done. I've had kitchens done through them.took a while one thing I will say about them.when they screw it up they will stand behind it.and get it fixed eventually

Love shopping and lows especially with all the discounts in the veteran's discount and a few other discounts and I can't discuss love shopping at lowes

Material is ok but I'll never ask for installation again. Very poor craftmanship. It was a $3,000 sliding door replacement. And they offer no help whatsoever. Lame.

I love Lowe's Garden Store. I found d my tropical hibiscus there. Beautiful big oo.s that are red, pink, orange and yellow, from inside to outside. I ways take one back to Ohio with me every year. You can t get this kind of hibiscus up there.

They had some plants on sale that was a plus, but did not have sanitary wipes available - considering this is cold and flu season - not a good thing.

Okay this is it. This place is it. Forget about your local hardware store. Forget about your Ace Hardware store or get about Home Depot and get your little butt over to Lohse. Because Lowes as everything you got possibly could need or want related to your house and yard Garden you name it. Now what did Uncle Charlie? Uncle Charlie wanted a digital indoor outdoor thermometer. I could put it on my desk inside and look at it and see what the inside temperature is the outside temperature. And not only that it also gives the inside and outside humidity. Because I am into meteorology. I used to have an indoor outdoor digital thermometer but after a certain number of years it died. But it was great while it lived. The only thing I don't like about this product is that it's not wireless. I have to plug it in. Which means I can't move it around to different places in the apartment. But other than that it's fine. Now at Lowe's they had a large selection of digital thermometers in price range from $10 to I believe maybe $100. I bought a $30 one, it's also has a clock on it and has the date. So as you can see I'm a very happy man thanks to Lowes.

Lowes in Pine Island was supposed to deliver appliances and toilet bowls today. They were all paid for weeks ago. I got a call in the morning from somebody who said that they did not have the microwave. I paid for two toilet bowls and they delivered only one.
It seems like nobody takes any responsibility for their actions. Everybody passes the blame on to somebody else. The person who took the order for the appliances had left: somebody else was supposed to call me but did not.
I called and found out that of the two toilet bowls I bought, both were returned and one was repurchased. How can that happen when the toilet bowls never left the store? Who returned and repurchased them on my credit card? Is my credit card on file safe with Lowe's?
I was told that the microwave they had in store was a floor model. My purchase was on special order. After 3 weeks, it still had not arrived! But nobody called me.
I'm trying to finish renovations so that I can move in. Lowe's is NOT in a hurry to help their customers even though the goods were ordered and paid for.
They need to clean up their act!

Has slipped behind Home Depot in my opinion but still okay. Associates not always helpful or even willing to help. Could use a little "home improvement" themselves.

Horrible.no educated staff.they didn't even know where stuff was.no rhyme nor reason to stock on shelves.we left our cart and really left.save yourself and go to the orange store instead!

Great location, easy access, and I can get someone to help me find the proper parts which is not easy in some stores. There is also a hot dog wagon outside the door that has great sausage sandwiches.

We needed help finding a certain kind of saw and Germaine, an employee, helped us find it explained it to us and was very thoughtful and helpful. We would not have been able to find this on our own. He showed us his knowledge and ability and courtesy and we appreciate that.we buy our paint and building supplies from Lowe's because we are always able to find someone to help us.

Has everything you need if you are a DIY person and know what you need beforehand. After 3 years they have consistently had employees that are lethargic, complacent, lazy, or impolite. If it was 2 separate buildings, however, the garden section would be a 4 star and the main area a 2 star.

Don't go on a Sunday! They only had 1 check out manned the line was 6 people deep and they had a long line for self check out. Also went to customer service and one guy was nice the other 4 people inside were rude and crabby
