Lowe's Home Improvement, Cape Coral FL

Lowes is a favorite of mine for obvious reasons. The most important one to me is they give veterans (if you sign up online) a 10% discount. I salute them for this because they didnt at one time. They changed their policy in the last two years to include every veteran instead of just card carrying ones. Whats not to love? They have just about everything you need for the home, and they are always willing to help you out with any of your projects.

I wish I could rate a particular department instead of the store as a whole. The lady at the Returns Desk was polite and processed my return quickly with no hassle. She referred me to the appliance department to speak with a rep named Casper about an issue with my recently purchased dryer. For 7 minutes I waited while Casper spoke on the phone with two different callers, without acknowledging I was even there or saying something like “I will be with you shortly. ” Nothing. I wound up leaving.

Found some of the things we were looking for. Other than 1 person, associates could have cared less about us. They were sullen.where's the joy? Is Lowes a terrible place to work?

Lowes is a MANS candy store! I went there for one "small" thing came out with a huge amount of things. That I needed of course!
The staff is always ready to help you. They are a bit understaffed for a very large store. You do have to look for a staff member, but like I said the man who helped me did so to the point of even finding another Lowes that had the third part I needed that they were out of. By the way the other Lowes had the item right up at the front desk! 5

Just called to get pricing on a job sat on the phone.same operator came back 3 times asking what I needed 4th time I called Home Depot.sorry but this was a waste of time
