NEVER GO HERE. I’ve been here for regular pedicures which wasn’t bad but I recently went for an acrylic set for graduation. Right away I noticed the station I was placed at wasn’t clean. No new towels or cleaning supplies, there was still nail dust from the previous client everywhere. The man that did my nails was unprofessional, cursing and talking about himself constantly. He was rushing, and did a horrible job on the acrylic, it was thick and over my cuticles. He then proceeds to drill down my cuticles until every one of my fingers was bleeding. The design was wrong, they were too short and thick, and i was devastated by my nails and the experience. I was too shy to say I didnt want to pay for them so I had to, which was more upsetting. If you want good nails and a nice tech, go literally anywhere else.

Not very happy with the quality of the nails done. 3 broke at the nail line where they added the tips. Very unhappy I got one fixed and the guy fixing it was more concerned about his phone then my nail. After the second one snapped I didn't even bother going back. For 100 dollars I would think they would last longer then 3 days and actually look like what I asked. I Also found it interesting the difference in service for those who go during the week then the weekend. Its not consistent. I won't use this salon again

I went there one time and that was it for me. I had an appointment and still they made wait for 45 minutes. The lady i had was rude, unprofessional, and rushing just to do whatever and my nails didn’t even last four days and start to peel and broke on the sides. Nevertheless, i just never went back till my husband went there recently without me knowing because i would have warned him and he had even worse and horrible experience than i had. He asked the lady first to use sanitized tools because she came in with an old dirty towel and the tools in it, she told him you didn’t ask even before it began and he told her well I’m asking you now still she ignored him. He told her not to cut his nails short still she cut them short knowing he told her he has problem with his toes if the nails are cut too short. Same goes for the manicure, she didn’t listen she had a timer, rushing, rude, more like butchering him, and filing his nails like she was terribly mad. I mean what kind of business is this, they have no respect for customers, they don’t listen, and rude on top of their poor services. And now my husband is feeling pain in his toes and hoping he wont get any bacterial or fungal disease from their dirty un sanitized tools they are using on people. He told the manager still didnt care about a word my husband said about her and her services. This is beyond horrible and unacceptable. All they think about is how fast they want to make money and forgot about the pleasant customer service we should have when we are giving them our business, no morals, lack of communication, of care and above all respect. They just look at you as dollar sign, they should be ashamed knowing that they are aware of every bad services people are having and not doing a thing to change it. Luckily its not the only place in town. Highly unrecommended!

I cannot get enough of this place they always do a fantastic job if you want a good nail place I can't recommend this place enough?

I have been going to Luxury Nails Studio for over 2 years now and getting acrylics done everytime I go. The gentleman that did my nails I was happy with. The nails came out beautiful. However, an INFECTION started two days after getting the acrylics done. I called and spoke with the OWNER (Annie). I started off by explaining how my fingers were itchy and swollen to Annie. She states they have no control over the reaction of the acrylics to the nails. Which I agree, but I have never received an allergic reaction to acrylics and that being said two medical providers examined my fingers and this in fact is an INFECTION. I explained this to Annie and said I just want them taken off and a refund. She informs me that it’s inconvenient for them to remove the nails and refund my money, that they do not refund money. When I stated to her again to clarify this is an infection, she followed with saying I can get a refund but never return. Sadly I loved getting my nails done here and as a loyal client getting treated this way is devastating.

I love this place! Welcoming and everyone is great Katie is my girl she does such a great job and takes care of me every time I book a appointment with her.

I came here with a friend and they rushed out pedi and the lady laid the stuff coming out of my toes on my leg. Who does that and the service was just disrespectful. Never again.

Nasty ladies nasty ladies nasty place! Ew do not get your nails done here it is so dirty and they will keep having your review taken down! They will cut your finger and then not clean the tools disgusting!

Horrible service and extremely rude. To make matters worse, the gel nail polish peeled after only 4 days and seemed old/sticky when it was applied. Definitely not coming back here again.
Note: The girls working at the front desk were very sweet and professional. They have nothing to do with this review…this is about the service I had done and specifically the guy that did my nails.

Absolutely gross and deceiving place. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. First off we were picking out colors and told we could bring them to the pedicure chairs since we hadn't decided yet. We had them for probably five minutes while we waited but still hadn't decided since this was mine and my mother's first time being there. The lady came over and got my color but my mother was still deciding. She told me mother abruptly that they needed the color samples for someone else. We understand that but when we looked over she just put them on the rack and there was no one waiting. That was rude. When we were getting our pedicures we saw they reuse the toes separaters! That's disgusting considering you dont know who has toe fungi or what people have stepped on. I choose one of the gel pedicures with extra foot massage time and the extra massage was not amazing but what also turned me off what the kitchen timer the lady used. She also took off her gloves and had blood caked around a few of her nails and was touching me legs and toes without any protection. And it was definitely blood, not nail polish. The lady I had for my nails was ncer but very rough and made me bleed on two of my cuticles. My nails also have bumps and dips in them at the end of her service. The nail in the coffin though is that fact that pedicure brochure said $35 for the gel pedicure but when I went to pay I was charged $40. If prices aren't updated then they should be removed. I will say a lot of the people seemed very nice and the place looks updated but that doesn't make up for unsanitary practices, deceptive pricing tactics, rough and rude staff, and subpar service.

My girlfriend and her sister went to this location for the first time. It is overpriced for the quality that you will receive. The nails are subpar for the quality. She got gel and they look terrible, especially for the price of $80. To top it off, the nail tech cut my girlfriends finger, used a brush and some solution to “clean it” and put the dirty brush, which contained my girlfriends blood, back in the container.

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I, the boyfriend, can do gel better than this place did.

I went one time based off a recommendation and was pleased with operator "Mina. " Called to make a new appointment and told she might not be back so I got an appt with "Katie" for 1pm today. I came by salon yesterday to confirm a style I wanted done and a staff member said bring a picture - at that time I stated I had an appointment with Katie and told - Sam will do your nails at 1pm. I show up today at 1PM (lunch break) and Katie and Sam both with customers. I was told to come back in a half hour. I got in car and called salon to see if someone else was available and watching staff talk to me "Vi" and another female gesticulating to shoo me away and to go somewhere else if I don't want to wait. Wow. I will be sure to let everyone know how horrible and disorganized this salon is. I gave one star only because I had to. #rude #unprofessional

BEWARE they charge whatever they want! Sometimes 40 sometimes 60.
My husband and I have been coming to Luxury Spa for our biweekly mani and pedi. Today unfortunately will be the LAST time. He went to pay and my dip pink and white was 60$ when usually it is 45$. I called and asked the girl on the phone asked one person they said it was 45$ and then I explained I was charged 60 and wanted to know why, so she then asked someone else and they told her 50 oh wait no 60. I cant believe how dishonest to a loyal customer. They didn't even try to make it right.so disappointing.

Terrible place that scams you. They did not open a fresh pack of tools and definitely don’t clean their supplies after each customer. I was charged $45 for a BASIC pedicure that is supposed to be $28. When telling the nail tech what I wanted, she told me she would “try her best. ” She rushed through the entire process. After doing somewhat of a decent job, she filed the sides of my nails AFTER they were painted and made them look sloppy, uneven and messed up. During this experience she also proceeded to tell me how my nails are “yellow” while painting them, even though I already told her I didn’t need a new set (she was just trying to scam more money out of me) Did not deserve even the $5 tip I gave her. Will NEVER be returning, looks are deceiving when your staff scams customers and is horrible

I love Vi and her pedicures! She does a great job with the massage and an excellent job painting my toes. I'm very meticulous and the paint job is very neat and clean.

I had an amazing experience today with Nina! Thank you so much my nails and toes are so beautiful! Anyone looking for a great place to get their nails done defiantly go check them out! Thank you again!

Norma does an amazing job with both pink/white acrylic and dip powder gel. Very detailed and all the staff is professional and friendly. Norma is by far my favorite and gives the best foot massages.

Me and my mom had a terrible experience. They wouldn't listen to what my mom wanted, when she asked for French nail acrylic they did a dip nail after cutting her nails off and when my mom tried to tell her it wasn't what she asked for she responded "but this is better for your nail". They had my mom in tears and she doesn't cry easily. They filed my nails so hard I was bleeding in multiple places. When I wanted to show him a picture of the design I wanted he seemed annoyed that I was showing him, and then he didn't make it even on both sides. Not worth what we paid.

Had a terrible experience on so many levels. They didn't listen to what I wanted. They did what they wanted and it was an experience terrible experience. Find someplace else!
