Disaster. We upgraded from a room for 2 to 3 people because we paid a difference. The third person's bed is a sofa bed that literally splits your back in half. We ask for a solution, either to give us a bed or to make an upgrade (paying for it). After 30 minutes begging the lobby staff they tell us no. Which is what there is. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and you cannot rest in the bed they make and they are not even there for you as a customer. Given the attention we received, added to the fact that the hotel is in quite poor condition and the lower part is under construction (making it unusable) I recommend that you do not come. It's a tourist trap.
