Massage Envy, Boynton Beach FL

Id love to book an appointment however the website never sends me an email code I've checked spam, the spelling of my email, etc.then 6 emails come at once and none of the codes work.im literally trying to book an appointment and its impossible! I guess I'll have to call.

This is an excellent location! Ashley and Nicole have the absolute best customer service and genuinely love their job. Making appointments is always quick and easy. The friendly and relaxing atmosphere is exactly what is needed especially during these crazy times. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to this location. From making an appointment to checking out is a stress free experience thanks to the amazing staff!

My review changed from 1 star to 3 stars. Simply because the owner Kelly, reached out to me almost immediately and resolved the situation. I wish her staff at this location had the customer service. I scheduled two appointments for June 1st, 5: 30 and 6: 30. I drive to the location and call when I arrive. Just to be told they don’t have me scheduled and told me some bizarre date and time it was rescheduled for, apparently a note was left that somebody tried to call and reschedule with me. I never received a call or anything. Mind you I confirmed my appointment the day prior. When being told all of this I was speaking with Ashley who was no help at all, didn’t seem to want to talk to me and just had bad attitude overall. My experience with massage envy prior to this was alright. I will not be returning but it is good to know that the owner genuinely cares and if you ever have a bad experience, she will make the situation right immediately. I hope the staff learns better customer service.

I had a facial and massage today and it was perfect. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The environment was very clean and set up nicely. Other locations do not compare to this one, I will definitely recommend coming here.

Ashley and nicole in the front have the worst customer service ever. They wanted to charge me double the price for half the time and started the clock before I got there! Do not go!
Update. Spoke to the owner and after telling her how her staff acted she just wished me the best. Unbelievable.

Very pro but very corporate
Therapists are good even in such a controlled environment.
Read the fine print as always before agreeing to any thing here, or you may owe them monthly fees for a year whether you visit again or not.

Go to Mario for a quality deep tissue massage! You will not regret it. He is the best therapist I’ve ever had.

Sulie was AMAZING. I would recommend her to everyone! Gentle yet firm, extremely professional and very sweet. It was a MUCH needed massage and I got lucky with a wonderful masseuse.

Great option for people looking for affordability and availability as they are located all over and are open very long hours. The service is not bad and the quality of the massage is okay. I have only limited experience with getting them, but I could say they are good, but certainly not my favorite of places I've been. However if you like the ability to have monthly massages and want something affordable with a lot of times a day to go, they're a good option.

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for years in California. I’ve just relocated to Boynton Beach. I popped into the Massage Envy here to get a list of the best deep tissue experts for my two hour massages. Robby was my first choice and he kicked my butt! I just moved & have worked hard moving & driving 3,000 miles. He is so persistent & patient. He really did his homework. I am looking forward to going back and I will be asking for him

I have been a member of the Boynton Beach location for 8 years and as I have moved on to a new life in Malaysia I look back very fondly as to my experience working with Petra and her excellent team of therapists.
During the eight years over 80% of my 90 minute sessions were handled by only 4 therapists of my choosing. The last of which was marvelous Marvin who worked on me for over 2 years. This type of consistency is unusual for franchise massage operations. I applaud the management for keeping great people working for years at the same location. If you are serious about developing a relationship with a great service provider the Boynton Beach location will not disappoint. And if you do have an issue talk to Petra who signed me up when I moved to Boynton in 2010. In my book this franchise gets 5 stars for performance.

Over charged my credit card the manager is never in to address the issue. Doesn't matter what time of the day you call it’s real convenient the managers never in. Went thru and read other reviews, I’m not the only one who has had this issue with them over billing for services!

We had an awesome couples massage and will definitely be back! Staff was excellent and we had a great experience

the front desk girls are so RUDE and they tried to double charge me. When I politely questioned them about it, they started giving me sass in front of everyone and then told me it wasn’t a big deal.
POS place. Not worth your money.
Massages are only okay. Go to the lake worth location, it’s only a few minutes away but they are great, cheaper better and you leave feeling like a million bucks

I DO NOT recommend this place! Sub par massages, awful incompetent staff and they are over priced! They charge more than any other massage envy to make up for lost clientele. Maybe they should offer better services

HORRIBLE BILLING PRACTICES! The membership with the is a nightmare, i live next to this location and because i started my membership somewhere else, they are unable to do ANYTHING i request, an these are basic requests. Every little thing is a huge pain with their memberships, DO NOT sign up for the membership.go find an independent therapist who will be easy going with your schedule, budget, frequency, etc.these people are hell bent on squeezing every penny out of you and making every little thing as difficult as possible.go support an individual who deserves it instead of a larger business

This is the WORST massage envy location I have been to.
The staff is terrible, extremely rude and insulting. The massages are okay. I wouldn’t bother with this location

Update: I tried calling the location to speak with the owner Kelly because she responded to my review. Some girl claiming to be Kelly’s daughter picked up and refused to put me through. She also demanded I take my review down because she stands by her staff. Such a waste of my time

Shout out to Danny and Joy at Massage envy. Thank you for making me feel super relaxed before my wedding! Enjoyed every minute of my massage and facial this week. All staff here are friendly and professional, and atmosphere is great! I will be back again.

I went here for my first massage, the woman made me very comfortable for the duration of the service. Make sure to drink a lot of water after! I would definitely visit this location again because of their professional nature and quality of services.
