Massage Envy, Boynton Beach FL

Sunday April 14 me and my bf went to a massage which we have been doing for a year it haas always been 65$ today they charged us 95 each when questioning why the lady at the desk was so rude
She basically told us that every time since we have been there people have been charging us wrong and if that is a
Problem she would go back and charge our card for every time that we were charged a cheaper
Price bc someone made a mistake every time we have ever been there.we asked the lady her name which she refused to
Tell us and she can’t threatening us saying if we have a problem
With the price today she’s gonna go back
And charge us 95 for every time we have Ben there she was the rudest lady ever we will not be going back she needs to be fired

I have been living behind this Massage Envy for about 2 years so I frequently visited this establishment. I had their membership for about 2 years and when I recently cancelled it because I was moving I had built up 4.5 hours of massages that I needed to use up in 60 days. I called this morning to book one and she proceeded to tell me about how my membership was cancelled and I told her that I did it on purpose because of my move. After a not so pleasant phone call in which i did book an appointment for today. I show up and they say that I did NOT have an appointment for that time. So I don't know if me not being a member anymore makes me a last priority or not but I was and am very angry because of this service.

Very relaxing and attentive atmosphere. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about joining the club and massage was handled perfectly by Natasha. I can't wait to go back for my next session.
