William made the whole processing of selecting and purchasing a new mattress very easy. Very knowledgeable and helpful during the selection process.

My experience at this location was amazing. William “Bill”, who was very knowledgeable & helpful, walked me through many options to help with my back pain. His assistance made my purchase very smooth & the pricing was very reasonable.

Went to our local Mattress Firm here in Pompano Beach for the first time after buying our last couple of mattresses online. We walked in and were greeted by the salesmen Bill. Bill was awesome.very friendly, knowledgeable, and he matched us up with exactly what we wanted. We did a little research before we arrived and had an idea and a price range of what we wanted. Bill put us on the best mattress for us and didn't try to upsell us to a more expensive mattress. We also got a free mechanical base with the sale they were having. It was truly a pleasure to have dealt with him.

I went in, Bill introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him I wanted an affordable bed. He asked what is affordable? I said no more than a thousand and I wanted a hard bed. Bill showed me two options and I picked one out for $999. Fast and simple.
