The 4 stars are for the delivery guys. Professional, courteous, and careful.
No 5th star due to my ordering and paying $99 for Gold Service (dispose of old mattress/frame, build frame) and not getting the frame BUILT.
My local store couldn't do the build-out either but the agent did refund my $99 "Gold Service" fee.
Now I have to DIY or find another service to replace the Gold Service.
Disappointed
