Service is okay.
But they are not rendering a safe environment to their employees and clients.
Staff are not wearing masks and of course they are not enforcing the policy to the customers.
Almost everyone is not wearing masks and not social distancing.

Uneventful purchase. They gave us an additional key fob at no cost since the original owner only had one. Will continue to serve our cars with them. Highly recommend the dealership.

I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation in which Tiffany handled all of my questions and concerns in a professional manner. I explained I was on a time frame in which I needed to head out of town. Tiffany got me in & out in a more than tmely manner. Personally, I believe Tiffany deserves a raise. You're lucky to have her as an employee.

I took my car for service on 12/18/2019. My appointment was at 4: 30 pm. I was 10 minutes early. Although the service section was empty, I waited two hours for my car first oil change. While I was waiting, I called my sales representative but he never responded. Since my first language is Spanish, I asked for the Spanish representative. She took care of my order. However, she didn’t closed the service. All of this because after two hours, I went out and noticed that my car was ready and nobody advised me. I asked why if my car is ready, I still waiting for it. After that, the employee who works at the store took my order and gave me the keys back. However, the service representative was at her desk but she didn’t come to see me. After I left the dealer, I went to buy gas and noticed that the car was not washed as promised. Please advise the service department that their policies must be reviewed to provide a better service. Remember that the customer always looks for good service, which is one of the must important role in a Company goal. Thanks

Called dealership at 2 pm while in Brandon. Dmitri “checked” and the car I wanted to view was available. Drove 1 hour, and they “sold” the car. Spoke with sales manager Chad Wyszynski and gave great excuses for Dmirti not knowing how to do his job and how they don’t know what their inventory is at any given moment. Typical car bait and switch routine. This kind of business tactics is what gives car dealers a bad reputation. Tried giving my business to a family owned business, but will steer clear of this family dealership for shady business tactics. Bad form David Mays, you need to train your staff better, and invest $15.00 in a white board and a few markers to write down what cars you have on the lot at any given moment. If you contact me I will give you $15.00 to buy one.

I had a tough journey getting a vehicle. Do to some circumstances out of my control my credit was less than stellar and no dealership was able to help me. I did an application with maus because I thought I had a co-signer that would help but when that fell through I lost hope. My salesman JD reached out to me to co firm our appointment and I told him regretfully I no longer had a co-signer and would not be coming in. He told me if I can make an approval happen without a co-signer will you come in, I said absolutely but good luck because no one has been able to assist me. About an hour later I get a message telling me we got you approved. So I went in skeptical and thought it was too good to be true. After test driving the car and negotiating a bit I ended up in the finance office with Aldo who was so sweet and helpful. Not only are my payments manageable they got me an approval on my own. They went above and beyond to make me a part of the Maus family and I am a believer. I will NEVER EVER go or recommend anyone else but Maus Nissan when someone asks me where to get a vehicle.

I bought my car from a sales person named Cheryl. From start to finish went well. Both times I made an appointment and went in for an oil change. It took at least 2-21/2 hours. Both times they said it was because they did not have the oil filter and had to go get one.
On 12/21/19 my car would not start. The next day which was Sunday I called and left a message with the service department. No one called me back on Monday when they opened so I called them on Tuesday around 10am. The operator sent me to a finance person and I left a message. Never got a call back.
Wednesday was Christmas so I waited until about 10am Thursday to call. I talked to an operator. She directed me to a person who the operator said was my adviser. The operator told me to leave a message and I should get a call back in about an hour and a half. Never got a call back.

Here it is Friday morning and I have not spoken to anyone about my situation. I have no car over the holidays. What happened to customer satisfaction? Thank you Maus.

We walked into the dealership ready to buy a car, and found that the dealership was not going to honor their offer, wanting about $2700 more. After some back and forth, we walked out. Later, the sales manager, Chad, contacted us with a final number that was more in line with the original price. I accepted this (much to my wife's displeasure, she never wanted to see that place again). We came back to the dealership, met with Chad, confirmed to offer, and started the process
The actual sales process was pretty painless, we got all papers signed, and paid for the car in cash. However, the sales person, Elizabeth, was supposed to go over many of the features in the car. To her credit, she did set up our phones, but did nothing else. I was using the Men's rom at the time, so I was not there as she was talking with my wife. Mostly, I have use the owner's manual, and figured things out on my own.
I was also not real happy with the cleanliness of the car. Outside, it was all bright and shiny, but, the rear window was pretty filthy, I didn't notice this until we were driving home with other car's headlights showing the dirt. A paper floor mat was also left in the car.if this car was detailed, it has to have been the worst detailing job ever
Update:
Spoke with Paul DeRoach, the Maus Loyalty Manager. He got my problems straightened out to my satisfaction so, I am adding another star to my rating

Excellent. Demetri was not only accommodating, but walked me through the entire process in a professional and friendly manner. This my second vehicle purchase in just over 2 years, and I will return to dealership when I am ready for another purchase.

Finance person tried to slip something by me. Not happy when I saw it. He didn't appear happy that I caught it. Never did get the military discount they talk about on the radio. Several said they would look into it. None ever came back with an explanation. Car is ok but doubt I will be back for future purchase. Just my opinion.

I Will never come here again I had appointment this morning and I came here on time at 8: 00am and they told me it would 2 hour wait. So I left. I called At 2: 00 pm the same day and they told they are NOT busy if I want to come back in, so got here at 2: 30 and it’s 4: 30and still don’t have my car.
All they are doing is oil change and removing a nail from one tire.
What is the point of making An appointment?

This is the second car in two years that I have bought from them and the customer service has always been amazing. I will continue to do business with this company time and time again. I could not imagine going anywhere else. Little to no pressure when buying a vehicle from them, as well as their team actually listens to you and meets your expectations as to what you want in a vehicle.
