Alisha and Samantha "Sammy" are Awesome! Those two young ladies made the experience at Maus Nissan great! They Both went Above and Beyond! I never had so many laughs at a dealership! Very nice dealership and people. Our used car purchase was very satisfying. The only negative was excessive dealer fees, an all too common disappointment. Otherwise, this was a excellent experience.

I went to 5 other dealerships, Dave my salesman. No games they were up front and beat every dealership in price. They didn’t make it a chore to buy a car it was actually fun. Plus the Maus care is great especially with free oil changes and tire rotation for life. I WILL go back and tell everyone as well. I love my new Nissan titan I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted in the truck and he brought me right to the truck I wanted and gave me a couple options as well

The sales representative, Ryan Smith, made our car buying experience a memorable one. He met our needs and listened to what we had to say about what we wanted in a vehicle and our budget. He was always providing us with complimentary drinks and food during the whole process. We did not feel pressured into buying a car we did not want, when we said no he did not try to push. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, nothing but GREAT customer service.

Had a great experience with your dealership and your salesman and management and finance personnel answered all my questions did not beat around the bush upfront with everything and got the deal done would buy my next vehicle from you guys thanks and I appreciate everything you have done even coming back to my house to have the paperwork signed by my better half my wife

I was the first person to buy a car at the newly purchased Maus dealership in Tampa on Dale Mabry. It was worth the drive over to the New Port Richey store to finalize the deal. What awesome staff. They really went out of their way for me. I will probably not go to any other dealer in the future. I would recommend them.

Initial salesman I was working with was great, listened to what I needed and did his best to help. Sales manager was pushey, and seemed like he had something to prove. Despite the bad taste left in my mouth, would still purchase a vehicle at this location.

I took my car in to get an oil change and unfortunately they left my window down and my seat got a little damp I brought it up to the Service manager Drew Ruggiano and he went above the call of duty and making sure I’m extremely happy he shampooed and detailed my car to absolute perfection, I can honestly say it was better than when I bought it thank you so much Maus Nissan and Drew for making me a happy customer! Will always bring my car here

Outrageous almost $2000 charge for maus care, which gets you a free oil change worth $11. Then they find other non covered maintenance needed for $100s out of pocket if you don't pay your warranty is void.
