This was my second and last time. She was either talking on the phone or to herself under her mask during the entire pedicure. And I’ve never had such a ridiculously poor attempt at a pedicure. She didn’t even try. My paint job is splotchy and nails are unevenly filed. Save your money, it’s not worth it.

My Husband took me here as part of my birthday celebration to get a pedicure and my nails done. The staff here were very nice as well as professional. They listened to what I wanted and duplicated the picture that I'd shown and added some flair to it. All around great experience and I would happily go again.

They have the best services and they follow in abundance the Covid-19 protocols. This makes me happy.

Stephanie did my pedicure, it was a wonderful experience! I also love the plastic covers they have in front of the pedicure chair, can’t wait to go back.

My girlfriend comes here often to get her nails done and there always on point sonny and Vivian are the two how usually do her nails but usually everyone does a pretty good job.

Maxim Nails! The best salon in town. Very peaceful atmosphere and decor. I love that they tell you your total before you get serviced. Will Be Returning

My nail tech was Adam who did my acrylic full set and it turned out wonderful and i loved it sooo much! The atmosphere is super soothing and welcoming as well and they provide a bunch of color choices for your needs.

Top ratings come from offer to get money off of your bill for a review. Pedicure was nice, manicure was horrible. Up charged for the gel that's supposed to last up to 2 weeks and it's already chipped. I just got these done yesterday. It's a little dark in the manicure area, but once I got outside i started to notice how bad the nails were actually painted. It's piled on in some areas to where it looks like an attempt at the short lived bubble nails trend. Theres paint past my cuticle on most nails, on the Some of my nails are painted over into my skin and it just hard and clumped into the side of my nail. It's so bad. I'm so upset I will have to pay to have these removed after having it done YESTERDAY.

This place is the only place in Orlando that i have do my gel manicure and Helen is my lady! She loves what she does and pays attention to detail. I definitely recommend it. They also give you wine!

Do NOT go here for acrylics. The gentleman who supposedly had experience did my nails and I’ve never had such rough, bumpy and ugly nails! Going to my regular place and getting them redone today. I never write reviews but this was so bad that I have to give feedback and a negative review so no one else is so disappointed.

I prefer a more quaint setting when getting my nails done. This place is big and open. The guy at the front desk patrolled the salon like he was making sure the girls were working or something. The service was great though and I enjoyed my pedi but unfortunately there was too much acetone in the polish and it never dried. Probably won't go back.

Great service! I got powder nails for $35 and they were super nice and helpful. Would recommend to friends.

I moved here from another state and have been going to Maxim ever since! They are very friendly and have a really clean facility. I would recommend them to anyone for pedicures! Linda is amazing!
