Fantastic nail spa! My first time going and I couldn’t be happier! Helen was incredible! Fast, friendly, and great pricing!

The nail tech Helen is the only good thing here. Otherwise, this place is a joke and has horrible customer service. I went it in for a last minute pedicure (I should’ve known) and drug my husband along too. We were rushed and done with a pedicure within 15 minutes. The nail tech was super rough on my feet, it was actually more painful than relaxing. I wasn’t going to say anything but later called and complained because it’s frustrating spending $50 for 2 worthless pedicures. The manager/owner, Mr T, said I could come back in and get it redone. Well I was 7 months pregnant and ended up being admitted to the hospital and having my baby 3 days later. I called once released and things had calmed down. Mr T said that I had to get them done within 3 business days. I told him he never told about any kind of “policy”. He said he didn’t have to tell me his policy. I explained about me having a baby and he said, “well that’s not my problem”. Therefore I will never return to this place. How disgusting and rude. I regret taking my entire bridal party here a few months prior. This place isn’t worthy of a dime of mine.

OMG, 1st time and last time, I believe I had the slowest nail tech. I went there to get a gel mani/pedi, I decided to stop with the pedi, I left and went to another salon for the gel mani.

Had a great experience! Got a nice pedicure and a dip nail! She took her time to make it perfect for me. Very nice facility and great color choices
