McCall is very responsive, professional and won’t rest until every problem is taken care of. Today, Ladarius was here to keep spiders out of the house. He was very courteous and diligent. I recommend McCall.

Sabrina is our yard tech. She is wonderful, very knowledgeable and cares about making your yard look great especially with having an HOA. Morgan is our inside pest tech. Hes wonderful any issue or creepy crawlers pop up he immediately takes care of them. Thanks Mcall!

AJ is my lawn technician and he has always gone above and beyond! Every time he is out he's very professional, polite, patient and takes time to answer any questions or concerns. He is very respectful. He treats my yard like it was his own. AJ is a great representative for McCall. Thank you AJ!

Despite living a petless existence we had a flea problem about 2 years ago. McCall’s got it under control and have kept it under control.
Today Chuck came out and serviced the yard but what really impressed me was his wildlife knowledge and patience with my children who asked him a million questions about bugs and other animals - my son even drew him a picture of his “pet bug” to identify. He was awesome to take the time! I hope he realized what a great visit this was for our homebound kids (we don’t get visitors with the virus) and who knows - if they become entomologists we will have him to thank. Thank you Chuck!

Pest control service received 1/12/21. Technician was very pleasant and did the most thorough job of pest control we've ever had done. He wiped all dead bugs around windows, sills and ceilings/overhangs, and sprayed and sprinkled granules around our foundation.

He also stopped at the door upon arrival to let us know he was there and to see if there were any issues needing to be addressed. Afterward, he stopped at the door again to review what he had done and to see if we ha any questions. Excellent!

Morgan has always been very helpful. Whenever we are seeing bugs, he identifies what they are and takes care of the problem.

Called them for service at our home in Gainesville and they was very pleasant to talk to. Our service guy Blake was very knowledgeable and explained every procedure he was going to do inside and out. A+ service would recommend for all your pest control. Thank you Blake for taking care of the bugs and keeping them out.

I have owned my house for two years, I have been using McCalls for the past year. My neighbors have told me the grass has never looked better. This has nothing to do with me (I have a brown thumb) but with the care McCalls gives my yard! It has gotten even better since Kelly took over!

McCall customer service is the best. Pest, Termite and staff all committed to customer service.

We recently called McCall to work on our irrigation system. The technician they sent did an outstanding job making sure poorly placed sprinkler heads were capped and re-positioning others to get maximum coverage with the least amount of water. We have used McCall for several years now for two properties in our family to handle our lawn needs and have been very satisfied.

A very pleasant and candid conversation with Joy, at McCall's re the horrible service and now learning that yet another seemingly credible mgr. David has already left. Joy was exceptional in attempting to appease me re the sad deterioration, at McCall's. You need more of her kind. Friendly, competent, helpful, willing to listen and empathetic. Sadly the overall service is perhaps a 2 vs Joy, with a well deserving 5

Very happy with the services that has been provided by McCall Service. We have had to guys consistently work on the property and answer any questions. Both were knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any questions and go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The products have been quite effective as we live in a new build home and are relatively new to the area. This past weekend, we confirmed an appointment for Monday. Unfortunately, we were unable to be available that Monday and Ryan was kind and returned the following day. At all times, service with a smile.

Renewed my three rental properties with Sharon today. She was a delight to work with and very helpful. Have used this company for 14 years and have had positive experiences with them, and never had any termites! Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. Calls have not been returned and I have been charged for services not received. Twice I have been charged $58.00 when my lawn was not even sprayed. Lots of staff turnover has made it hard for anyone to be accountable when you have an issue. My yard looks worse than ever before.
