Just started using McCall's Pest Control. Technician sent to my home was nothing less than a expert in his field and a true professional. Very satisfied and recommend to all.

Jonathan our technician did an awesome job at installing and maintaining our home over the years. His promptness, expertise, and kindness are exemplary. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to protect their home or residence. Thank you McCall's!

We are new clients to this company and sought them for lawn fertilizing services, therefore no comments at this time regarding lawn condition.
However, I must say, their customer service representatives have been knowledgeable with their company's services, helpful and understanding especially with their online payment processing procedure. After signing up, we received lawn service the next day. The technician, Shane was professional, thorough and friendly. I went online to view his emailed service invoice on our lawn service. I called McCall's customer service department and spoke with Sam because the invoice I received was incomplete with wrong dates, times and no Tech comments whatsoever. Sam was apologetic for this mistake and was quick to resolve this issue by resending me an accurate and completed invoice which was in her system but somehow was not sent to us. Customer service is of utmost importance to my husband and me, and so far this company rates a 5 star in this area.

Our local Service Tech Ken Cash has provided for us very timely and satisfactory service. He has answered all questions when asked. A very friendly person too - that always helps.

McCall service is prompt and reliable. We have enjoyed working with Jonathan, we know he is changing positions within the company and we wish him all the best. We will miss him but are also looking forward to working with his replacement. All the employees we have come in contact with have been friendly, courteous and very helpful. It is always a pleasure working with this company and we look forward to continued service with them. We have renewed with them over and over for several years because of their great service.

We purchased both the termite preventative treatment and lawn service and found all of the McCall service people to be polite and professional. We were unhappy with our old pest control service and are very glad we made the change to McCall.

Service is great, when I call in on an issue it's resolved quickly. When there are issues with the yard insect spraying they are out in a few days. The report after the spraying is detailed and outlines what work was done and what to expect. I've used 4 different bug spraying companies in Jacksonville over the past 10 years and Mccalls has been the one that has serviced my home for the longest period.

Spoke with irrigation tech at mccall services about possibly reventing my system at work he was very helpful and professional n prompt. Look forward to working with him in the future.

Some plants were accidentally killed after a service. A manager came out to see them & within 3 days, sent someone out to replace the dead plants with new ones! I'm very happy with the fast fix & helpful, friendly customer service!

Just started the lawn service, my decision was reached as a result of the knowledge and answers to questions I had from the salesman (Clint)

I'm very happy with McCall so far.they have done 1 of 3 services but from the day i called for a estimate to the first service was just a day. Carlos showed up and was very nice for the pesticides he put down and i'm excited to get my lawn back to normal.

Our technician, Jonathan, needs to be applauded! After unfortunately having to deal with other technicians that did not perform as well, it has been such a relief to finally have a technician who takes his job very seriously and go above and beyond to keep Pest Control in our schools managed very well. This young man, in addition, has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to do business with!
