The Milkshake and ice cream cone I got were both extremely thin. Either it was mixed up wrong, they need a new machine, or a new recipe! I'll stick to Dairy queen!

Nice staff at this location. Clean restaurant, tables sanitized and marked for social distancing. Good choice of music in the background. I do love my Quarter Pounder with no cheese and they never fail to deliver- very delicious, thank you.

Store hours displayed as 11 but was told they close at 10 when I got to drive thru! They need to update there hours!

Don't even bother showing up at night. Grill is broken, fryers are out, can only take cash in exact change, entire crew didnt show up mcds.

I really enjoyed my trip to this McDonald's. I ordered the 2/$5 Quarter Pounder with cheese. It was fresh and hot. I liked this one. Hugs America

Great customer service! I think the lady that was ringing us up was the manager. She had on a black dress shirt and a heavy accent! She was freaking awesome!

There was no wait time even though there were a few cars before me and the manager I n site was incredible. She works harder than all her employees together. Not putting her employees down because they are great but she's the best

I drove to this McDonalds after a really awful day & received nothing but amazing, sweet customer service. And super hot food! 10/10

You were 24 hours then you weren't, then you were and now you aren't. Your QP tastes like eating a cardboard box.

This location has provided the best experience in the area. The interior is smaller than some; modern and mostly clean. Kiosks located near the counter allow one to input orders without human interaction. Although the cashier was very nice, he also seemed very confused or distracted. The quarter-pounders came out quickly and were hot. Overall this was a very good experience. This is our go to location in the area.

The drive-thru consistently backs up to a wait of at least 10 minutes, sometimes as bad as 20. Going inside has no impact on the wait time.

This is why i never eat Mcdonalds.havent eaten it in almost 2 years cause food was always garbage and bad for you, decided today to cut myself a cheap break and go in for a SIX piece "buttermilk chicken tenders" get my order and get back to my job, frys arent cooked all the way and i got NINE CHICKEN NUGGETS in a CHICKEN TENDER BOX when they dont even sell a 9 piece nuggets. Dont worry ill slap my self in the face next time i think about visiting another McDonald's

Extremely slow! Wanted a side salad and crispy chicken patty on the side, it must have taken close to ten minutes! And they still forgot my drink! I go here on Fridays because it's close to where I get my hair done at and my experiences are always mediocre at best!

I LOVE the people that work here! Excellent service, staff and cleanliness! Very happy with not only this McDonald's but with the talent of whomever teaches the staff here! Thank you!

The worst place, I went to get my breakfast today and I had to wait outside for 8 minutes before I decide to go in and asked for my food. When I go in they were not even making my food so when I got my food the guys says he put a apple pie in there for your wait which I don't even like apple pie but he didn't put in my hash browns. After almost 15 minutes at the place no hash browns for me!

Easily the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Never puts the sauce we ordered in the bag, never gives straws, never gives napkins. This last time, though, guarantees I'll never go back. We ordered the signature sandwich creamy garlic chicken sandwich and my husband and got a quarter pounder. We get home and looked in the bag.no quarter pounder and the creamy garlic chicken sandwich has some random salad dressing on it and not the creamy sauce. Avoid this McDonalds if you want to actually eat.

Had a quick break from work. Went there was in drive through for 15 mins with just 2 cars ahead of me. Got my meal. Fries were fine. The tomato was bad! Had a smell to it. I do not have time to go back up there but I will be back after work. Absolutely disgusting! I would give 0 stars if possible.

Would not even give one star if it was an option. Terrible service. Waited at the drive thru today for over 15 minutes. It was approx 1: 45pm - after the lunch rush. The manager just handed to bag out the window as she was yelling out to employees. Will not visit this location again.

Slowest McDonald's ever.took 5 minutes just to answer and take my order in the drive thru and I was the only car in line.they were trying to hand me food that wasn't even mine.only plus was she gave me a large coffee instead of the medium I ordered

I was an everyday customer when they first opened. No more. Food is rarely fresh, orders being correct is even more rare. The staff is friendly. This and the baymeadows location would likely be better off burned to the ground, the earth salted, and a ritual performed to remove the curse of stupidity that affects employees at both locations.
