The employees suck the worst service ever the owner should fire everybody and get new employees, if you go to Chick-fil-A there's never no issues like this

The ice cream machine is always down. They rarely get your order correct and more often than not, it's not warm. I do like how you can use a kiosk to order your food seeing as how most of the time the cashier is rude.

Stood in the lobby for a good 7 minutes with no one to acknowledge me or take my order. Saw 4 employees look at me and still no acknowledgement. This location has EXTREMELY poor customer service. Word of Mouth and Social Media travels quick so let this be known.

Piss poor customer service. Food was so cold. Cashier held my card for like 4 minutes. Rude and disrespectful to me and my mother-in-law.

Awful, the person at the window gave me an attitude and was rude even and I waited 10-15 mins just to order. They had someone at the order screen for 5mins before they took their order. I believe she's a manager.

Took me so long to get my food that everyone else was finished eating. I got a refund. Won't be back.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Cold fries, old Quarter Pounder and the rudest manager. I will never go back.

Service is always horrible, the food is ALWAYS cold. I’ve been here 3 or 4 separate occasions because I live down the street and the people are so rude and the breakfast food and fries are always stale and cold.

Out of first 3 choices of beverage. Waited 11 minutes only to get incorrect order.again. Not going back.
