McDonald's, Orlando FL

I went to this McDonald's on pinehills an silverstar
Twice today for breakfast an lunch both times my orders where messed up also the lady had an additude when I tried to fix my order never was able to fix my order so I just left also noticed that one of the workers was so intoxicated they couldn't even keep a conversation straight. Nobody said nothing yet it was extremely noticeable I won't ever eat here again due to staff I feel unsafe eating here

We waited about 10 minutes to get 2 mcdoubles. We were in the drive thru and was asked to pull up and our order would be brought to the car. After waiting about 10 minutes for just 2 cheeseburgers, I finally walked back to the drive thru window. I was told to wait it was coming. After about 5 more minutes, I finally got my order. Why does it take 15 minutes to get burgers? Bad part about it is that I went through the drive thru because I didn't want to get out of car and ended up doing that anyway and it wasn't hot. I think the manager should have its employees let the customers know they are having a problem

Typical, after ordering my meal in the Drive-Thru line I did not receive what I ordered. I specifically ordered no onions and no pickles only to find as we left that I had onions and pickles on my burgers. Sometimes I wonder why I bother.

Horrible food. My sandwich was raw.pretty nasty for a fast food place. And when I called the so called manager showed no empathy, they give anyone titles these days.

Horrible waited 10min in the line the person at the window was rude food was hard they need to do better

I just ordered a bacon McDouble and a medium fries and the McDouble didn’t have my bacon and the fries was old

I guess you can renovate to change the scenery but you can't change their attitudes. I order a strawberry smoothie but they gave me a shake I told the guy he got so mad slammed the door and all. Just pitiful

They take entirely too long and there are 2 windows, for whatever reason. Theyve renovated the place and it looks nice but they just hire anybody and probably wont see this because like most of these franchises in this area, the owner doesnt actually care.

Order Postmates. They forgot an item for my order.and then when I called and spoke with the manager.she had an attitude. I can’t make this up. Telling me how she put the order together herself.she wouldn’t of missed that.then proceeded to tell me the order that she clearly didn’t even know the item was ordered. I can’t make this up. Never again.

Their Big Mac isn’t even good. Sometimes they be forgetting cheese in their cheese burger. It’s not even that good. So please don’t something about it. And I am talking bout the McDonald’s near Bravo. They don’t deserve star at all.

Just very poor service. I want to give it a zero stars but 1 the lowest. The staff need to be retrained or hire a better shift manager because obviously running the store is too much of a challenge. My experience here only reminded me why I don’t eat at McDonald.

Where do I begin? Well the drive through your looking at a 20-45min wait. Then when you get the window they ask for your order again. And you wait another 5-10 min. At first I thought they we just under staffed but then I go inside cause my daughter wanted to play in the plqyhouse.the drive through line had about 8 cars and inside there were 4 people unfunny of me. Their are two registers and 3 yound people in front 4 in the kitchen. And another 3 at the windows. All joking around dancing talking BARELY WORKING. Both times there was only 1 person on a register while the other two stood around talking. I come to the register and the first time the yound man is yelling outside the store to someone and then looks at me like I'm interrupting him and I'm a problem. As I'm ordering he still looking outside and had me repeat my order 3 times. I then wait 15min for a happy meal and a mcchicken. Thee second time its a young lady who has me standing infront of her for 3 min as she finished her conversation with the two other employees standing next to get doing nothing. She then gets my order and I wait 20 min because the staff is talking. The worst part is the manager does the same thing. Sits around talking throwing random orders to the employees when she actually noticed then not doing there job. This The worst McDonalds ever! Let's not get to the sanitation. The staff is grabbing and serving food without gloves. I have no idea how this place is still open. Its a bunch of young employees probably still in high school. I'm all for teens starting work young. But make sure they are doing their job and have some manners, take responsibility and WORK! This location needs a whole new team. Down to the manager!

Drive-thru worker has a stank ass attitude like it's my fault she working at McDonald's. Please fix the customer service please and thank you

Mad as hell.been trapped in the drive thru line over 30 minutes.they have a brick wall all the a way around the curve, you can't get out. Looking through the glass windows, they singing and dancing. NEVER AGAIN. #ZERO STARS

All the tables was filthy. Not a good choice in stopping for a quick bite. The manager was wailing all astound the dining room and never had a employee cleaning the dining room

Found lint on my food, looked & tasted as though it had been microwaved. They lock their doors during school hours, so i had to stand outside for 3 minutes & wait for a student to let me in because the staff was too busy to notice customers waiting outside to get it. They do not leave napkins, sauce, or ketchup out for the customers to grab themselves, so we have to rely on the staff to remember, but they constantly forget to give me any of them, or constantly give me the wrong sauce. And i often have to wait about 5 mins aftr my order just for a cup of water.

The manager & shift workers were awesome! It was my first time eating there, but I will definitely be returning. Food was hot, prepared & presented well when unwrapped, service was professional. I intentionally got the manager, Lawonda's, attention and asked her if she would personally take my order.just to see if she would trip. She was like, "Sure! "
I was both surprised & impressed. They really hit it out of the park, and I'm sure they do that on a regular basis!

McDonald's on Silver Star and Pine Hills Rd is horrible. The drive through was closed twice within the last week during the day and you had to go inside to order.
Today there were about 15 cars on line with a 20 minute wait. Inside there was a longer line waiting to be served and just as many people waiting for their orders, most of which was ready but the young lady was busy talking instead of passing the orders out. 30 unite wait on the inside. Lousy service, avoid this McDonald's
