27This location took 35 mins to get me 6 chocolate chip cookies and a big mac through the drive thru. I had 3 cars in front of me in line, not worth waiting so long. This is ridiculous def not coming again
The service is awful.why wait in a drive thru and place an order to get to the pickup window and have to order again
I was in the drive-thru for over 35 minutes and there is no one to take my order. They said they would be back to take my order in 5 seconds, but they were gone for 10 minutes. I have been here since 10: 32 pm and now it is 11: 03. There is nobody taking orders at the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Inside the restaurant it's sticky and gross. I am never coming back here and ordering ever again. So disappointed.
Drive thru is the worst at any McDonald. Takes over 10 minutes to get a single sandwich in the morning. Employees who takes the order as to go clear across the store to process a payment and then bring you your order. If I could I would drive 5 miles out of my way to got to a different restaurant. I guess low payroll means more than satisfied customers.
Some of the employees are really nice, but they only get 3 stars because I order 2 doubles add mac and they had the "add mac" on the ticket but no mac on the burgers lol so yeah that's that
It was the worst experience i have ever had at any McDonald's. In the line for 30 minutes on silver star road Sept 20 2017 sense 8.25 and now it is 9: 15pm and just got to the window no ice cream. Why don't they just shut it down. Poor customer servive, and the female MOD was Jay.no offer of anything for the wait. Very Disappointed, I will never return!
Last visit there was not good.supervisor /mgr was very rude.service is very slow and unprofessional.as the supervisor express to me. "if u things we're slow why do you keep coming back" I told her she don't have worry about me coming back I can spend my money else where. I left and won't visit this McDonald again.
