McDonald's, Orange Park FL

If you go into ANY McDonald's, and ask for no cheese, 9 times out of 10, they will put cheese on it. I can't think of a more simple request that never can get right.

Half of the time when I pass by here at night I'm told that they are closed for cleaning, but it's the only place in the area open 24 hours, I drove by there tonight at 1 a.m. And was told they were closed for cleaning until 4 a.m.
Why say you're open 24 hours if you're closed most of the night

The fries were there worst ever. Burgers where also horrible. I will never go back to this location. Seems like the employee's don't care about the quality of food handed out the window

My grandson loves their chicken nuggets happy meal. They don't have the toy for the movie they are promoting (Luca). I've been to 3 different Locations.

Paid $3.49 for a large French fries and it container was only 60% full. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

Said they couldn't take any orders for 30 minutes because they were switching over to breakfast. Never heard of that in all the years I have been going to McDonald's.

Fast service. Hot food. Nice employees. The managers YAMIL and DOMINICK are very polite. Mandatory masks make me and my kids feel safe. Food is always fresh and hot. Never tastes bad old or rotten to me. My kids love the happy meals. 10/10 I so recommend. Much better than the Burger King next to it. This is by far my favorite McDonald’s.

I had a special request on my fish sandwich meal and the manager made it exactly the way I wanted it. Will definitely come back.

Ordered 2 kids meals and got home to discover my sons nuggets weren't even in the bag. Then there were only 8 fries. This McDonalds is HORRIBLE.

The night shift and the morning shift are amazing crews. My food is always out quickly and even when they’re busy it’s service with a smile. The only reason I can’t give it 4 stars is because the mid day shift is rough and not very personable.

I never understand why they send everyone over to the mobile ordering parking places to wait on your food.so instead of just letting the cars sit line, they sent all four of the cars to park. Makes no sense

Overall a good visit in the early morning, some mornings they could move the drive thru a bit faster. Have people pull up and wait, dont make the rest of us wait for their order. I get the safety concerns but there are men working there and light up the waiting area.

Tried the fish sandwiches. Not good. Or her than that ok. It's McDonald's. Know what I mean. They got rid of noncarbonated drinks at drink fountain. Would rather they hadn't done that. Prefer lemonade to soda. Other people are missing the fruit drinks and Gatorade type drinks. They still have tea

Prices to high. Value items are a total joke. Go back to a dollar menu drop the mostly two and three dollar and only one for a dollar do you think we are fools. If you do go vote for Trump lol

Three times now I've had to place my order, repeat my order at the pay window and finally repeat my order at the pickup window. After all of that my order is wrong still! Service here is flat out worthless. I can only imagine the loss of profit of the owners.
It's a little further but that's ok. I'm going to middlburgs location from now on. Its worth not having to deal with idiots.

Never go here late at night, the service is horrible and I'm pretty sure the employees were selling drugs to people in the parking lot.

McDonald's is a 24 hour place to go eat for reasonable prices no one still has the real dollar menu but there you can find it you can get a dollar drink of your choice and you can always get your dollar McChicken it never fails McDonald's never let you down at least not completely because you know they always say at least one machine is down

A Little ice cream on Memorial Day with my beautiful wife and her friend magon and we just wanted to give a shout out to yamil at the McDonald's on Jefferson Avenue Orange Park Florida the number one customer service homeboy can sure make a caramel frappe best one I ever seen! Shout out to everyone happy Memorial Day peace out!

Nothing bothers me more than when you place an order and your food is given away to someone else.

The door greeter was so sweet to my Grandad. She held the door open and spoke so kindly to him. The food was pretty good as well.
