McDonald's, Orange Park FL

50 percent of the time we come to this McDonald's they mess our order up. It's not hard to place the order, check the bag and make sure it has the items on the screen. I waited 15 minutes for them to ask me for my receipt because they gave my order to someone else. Then with the receipt they still got the order incorrect. Very frustrating and to think the employees want $15/ hour when they can't read a screen and get an order correct

I don't usually review fast food restaurants, but this one went above and beyond. Quick service and made my son feel so special.

I had a early business meeting, so I stopped in to grab a quick bite. I was early for the meeting. The staff was friendly and cleaning. Smiling faces everywhere. I was very pleased with the experience.

Very bad experience today. Usually good. Today drive thru was rude, had to wait for my order and it was all old and cold. When you have to wait 10+ minutes for a small order it should be fresh and hot not old and cold.

Horrible experience. Order one sandwich and had to wait for over 15 minutes. Take your money, give you the drink and then send you to a spot for pickup. Feels more like taking ed your money and forget you. Won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

If you're going here at times it is so busy it takes a while to get through But other than that the managers wonderful people and the crew is pretty nice They could be a bit more cleaning done That's why only 3 stars

Why is it that when I get my coffee at the drive through, and I ask for creamer on the side, never, ever do they put a stir in the bag. Guess they want you to stir with your finger and burn it. Ugh!

Friendly service. Just got happy meal for grandson as a treat. I, myself, have not eaten McDs in years.

The workers for the window are good enough. The "behind the scenes" workers play around way too much

Standard McDonald's fare. Staff is usually very friendly, though lunch and dinner can get very busy. Expect a wait inside or out.

Interior and bathrooms are clean, and the location has electronic ordering kiosks.

Took 5 mins and still didn’t take my order and then drove to the window and still said I won’t take ur order since u came to the window never ever coming here again and manager wouldn’t give me his name def calling back

Set in line 20 min for two apple pies then get to second window and wait an additional five minutes while the employee continues to make frappes as
My apple pies sat right in front of the window getting cold.

Dining in is way better then drive thru. Its clean, food is hot and customer service is better. My son really enjoys going in to eat. I just wish they had a playplace for him there

Drive around the building and they would be inside talking not doing their jobs it's like that every night

The most pleasant McDonald’s I’ve been in. They actually serve there guests with smiles and go out of there way to make the guests happy. Big difference in some McDonald’s I’ve been to. Very good job to management and staff!

Its Horrible! Not One Employee Nor Manager Can Get Their Job Right to make a simple Double Cheese Burger WITHOUT Anything On It But The Cheese, Meat & Bread, Because I Am Allergic to Onions & Do not like condiments! Yet when complained to manager about the Double Cheese Burger with EXTRA Small Onions All over the outside of the bun and inside, Then Is Covered With Ketchup & 3 Pickles Not on top of the burger but on the bottom side of the burger. The manager takes the burger and goes back to the kitchen laughing, brings out another burger that they Scrapped off the ketchup, and now had holes where the employees on the line making the sandwich obviously picked onions off the bread? !? ! As i noticed this and got mad, i asked the manager for another one, as she asked why i showed her and she said "mam the burger has no onions or ketchup like you asked. " I then sat the burger on the counter and walked out disgusted! Never again will i ever go to the McDonald's on Blanding and Jefferson in Orange park.

Still love the fish sandwhich and now I hear their French fries are cooked in oil with an ingredient that can grow hair on mice. See Japanese research!

It's decent enough, the food isn't always hot, during night hours, that's the only compliant I really have for them
