Having to wait 20 minutes for two sandwiches with only 3 cars in the drive through is not a good look

Bro, when I tell you that they kept saying the “ice cream machine was broken” for 5 DAYS STRAIGHT.ridiculous. It’s gotten to the point where I try to call first before making the drive to ask if the machine is quote on quote “working” and the line never works. They literally put the phone on DND permanently. This is the only McDonald’s I can’t get in contact with.

As someone who works customer service as well, DO BETTER.

Worst service ever. Manager Arlenis was so unrespectfull, they were no taking inside line orders, only the drive through. 25min in the waiting line, no body took our orders. Please whoever is in charge of this franchise take action.

They made a mistake in my order but they were willing to change it. Also the manager was frequently taking off his mask to talk to people and in general he was wearing it wrong.

Great customer service but the worst management. Nothing to drink but milk and water. I don't understand! And it was Sunday! Can you believe that? A big no no!

Very bad customer service, and very agresives employee tonight one lady employeeI want to refer to the owner of this MacDonald to supervise several employees who work there in my case that I have been at night and early in the morning as an uber driver and as a client and received a lot of abuse and a lot of aggression on the part of working women of that MacDonald today was One of those days, those people cannot be asked anything that they answer with a lot of anger and bitterness, my suggestion if they don't like their job, do other things and give the opportunity to enthusiastic people and with great kindness they serve the public and the drivers. We drivers bring food to the restaurant by giving food to clients who cannot go in person and I as a client would like to receive the best possible.

Service can improve when they are busy your order tends to get messed up. Always check your food before leaving. Overall some of the staff is nice but others need to smile a little bit more

Horrible service their employees are always talking except for working and my fires always end up being cold, I live three minutes away from this place and I would rather drive to the one on 9850 SW Eighth St

McDrive the service is very clumsy. They forgot to put 3 out of 5 order items! And already at home we saw that instead of a large fries they put a small.

Terrible service, went through the drive through and ordered via intercom box and when i pulled up to the window they had no idea what food we ordered. Then the woman taking the order disappeared and another guy proceeded to ask me 4 times my order because he wasnt paying attention. This mcdonalds is an absolute mess when its busy.

Chaotic costumer service. No staff attending the cashier during a very crowded time of the day. There was a staff member standing idle nearby. When he finally came to the cashier and started to play with it, I asked for the chance to pay for my on-screen placed order. The abrupt reply then was: 'I am on brake now'.

It's incredible that a Corporation like McDonald's do not care about customer service. The employees in this McDonald are rude and impolite (e.g, an employee very busy looking his phone, finally asked me: "que quiere papo"!).

This mobile app never works. I arrived and the mobile order was deleted. I was asked to make the order again and I refused. But I was charged in my account regarding the first mobile order. I will never get back. Going to Burger King. Mc Donald's has the worst customer care in the world. Congratulations

I really enjoyed the coffee and parfait yogurt. Sunday cheat meal spot. I absolutely love the smell of hash browns and coffee. Incredible.

It's okay. I got a frappe and 2 breakfast burritos and they came hot and fresh but they were really small and thin.

Crappy service. Over crowded and used. They can't handle it and require more workers. Their cooks are terrible, over using mayonnaise and always running out ingredients for the bigger meals

Dont get it twisted Like any other mcdonalds, but they will take your order, inform you it's only cash after 2 am and will not just reject you with the "transition" bs like the 8th street mcdonalds.

Nice place and crew but too long waiting time in the drive thru and worst inside the restaurant. Great for The kids play area and for Birthdays celebration.

Understaffed. Three employees doing everything. Wrong order, took quite long for "fast" food, and told me to use a kiosk since they couldn't take the orders themselves due to not having enough people for everything.

High sodium foods processed meats corn syrup and the ketchup and sauce real bad food for health wise
