25The restaurant is clean. But The cashier didn’t speak English, had to order at the kiosk. THEN whenI got my meal, the fries were cold and rubbery like they were left over from the day before. The drink dispenser was out of ice completely.
Clean and nice staff. But really I have to use the kiosk to order a bottle of water. I couldn't just pay with the cashier who was doing nothing. What do you do with customers who doesn't know how to use the kiosk? Have them struggle untill they get it? Yes you have someone there to help them use it. Wouldn't it be easier to just take their order? Also you have only 1 toy for the happy meal and it wasn't even the one you are current promoting.
I ordered from the terminal and it didn't give me a receipt. I let the manager know and she just asked me which order it was and told me to wait. Other than that little hiccup the service was good. She brought the food to my table and I had my meal and left.
More than 30 minutes to order something they have no staff during the night shift. Don’t go there if u need fast food
The attendant didn't know how to make a caramel machiato and she purposely put a ton of salt on my fries to go abd handed them to me with no bag. Gross. They are not edible.
