McDonald's, Tampa FL

They are always so nice when I go in there for breakfast and get my frape and sausage McMuffin and hash browns

I drive up to the drive thru 5/20/21 at 10: 15am. The breakfast menu is on the LED display, so I ordered breakfast after waiting about 1 min for someone to talk to me. They stated, "sorry, we are serving lunch now. "

The worst McDonald's ever. Everyone from the manager down was rude, no condiments on sandwich and there was almost nothing out on the counters in stock. Two thumbs way down

Good was hot and delicious. Great customer service and showed of service was kinda slow but they were extremely busy. Overall great experience.

Every single employee had face mask covering neck with moth and nose exposed. Face masks are for faces and not necks. They don't work when only covering your neck. Same situation last night. 20 minutes for 3 Mc muffins in the drive through is a bit excessive.

They nerve to say we only sell the Frappuccino at Breakfast. In other words, no one put the mix in the machine and I just wasted my time in the drive through

This location does not pay attention when giving ppl their orders, they are more concerned with production that they will hand people incomplete orders.

The lady behind the register was quite friend and had amazing customer service. She went out of her way to refill my coffee. Thank you.

Initial service was good but when attention was brought to the presence of a roach on the counter next to seats, we were brushed off until we could bring the incident to the attention of a manager.

They were fast, courteous, and attentive! Even though it was packed, they were able to get us out of there within 5 minutes!

Slow, as always. Could not understand a word through the microphone. $18.for 2 burgers & a happy meal. Rediculous!

They next to fix their headsets repeat to the point got you thinking if they are playin with you because you can hear them joking and playin in the background

Better to go there and not have it picked up by one of these companies because it alway's comes luke warm. Shoot we pick it up and come home and it's all good! And to get your money back from these delivery services. Well good luck! But I Love My McDonald's.)

Expeeience was ok there should be a drink included in big breakfast other than that I was pleased

Horrible those colors had my fries cold and old worst experience in my life at the MLK McDonald's will never return back I went inside and it was dirty indide.

Great food better than the Hillsborough location but Employees have a hard time making what's on the menu the way u ordered? Very consistent with this. Months.

Waired ten minutes before someone actually took my order.asked for assistance n completely ignored till i had to yell hey u have paying customers here

Great and friendly staff, I mostly use the drive-thru for sweet tea, but they have done an amazing job renovating the inside, it's new age, love it.
