Best thing to ever happen to this McDonald's is when the hurricane came through and shut them down for a week. Horrible service, horrible food, consistently incorrect order, oh and my favorite. "we're only taking cash" or "only allowing uber orders at this time"
Worst McDonald's ever. I dont know how hard it is to take an order or to give someone what they ordered or heck even get napkins but this McDonalds always gets it wrong.
McDonald's is McDonald's as far as the food goes I knew what to expect no surprises there HOWEVER the service was quite questionable.
Let's face it, it's McDonald's. But this particular McDonald's is fast, accurate with the orders, and always a smile and greeting. They seem to hire great crew members.
Overweight man in drive thru simply refused to make my mobile order. When I called he kept up his expert level rudeness and even hung up on me. The next manager did the same. I will never EVER eat at this McDonald's again and highly reccomen that you pass it up as well.
This place is awesome. They even are kind to the homeless around the area and I've not seen such impressive displays of kindness at any other establishment. Bravo McDonald's. Way to show the competition what's really good. Much love
I’ve tried this same McDonald’s MULTIPLE times now, (as to i live this way) and I’ve never had to wait THIS long for a simple cheeseburger and a drink. I finally actually waiting to see how long it would take.after literally 20 mins of waiting. We left. I’m disappointed. And i Love McDonald’s. But, this store is not doing something right.
If I could give no stars I would! This McDonald's is constantly sayin the the Ice cream machine is down! When the are 24hrs! Every single time I go around 1am-3Am the machine is mysteriously broken. So sick of it! And the manager is a completely ignorant person. Not to mention how rude the entire staff is! DONT GO TO THIS McDonald's! Way better off driving to Dale Mabry and Spruce for they do know how to treat there customers!
