I've always liked McDonald's you know the food turns over so it's always fresh good for a cheap quick meal

The employees all hate their jobs and service is slow, but it's still McDonald's and they have the best mocha frappes.

I never write reviews but this McDonald’s deserves one. So I ordered 2 filet o fish sandwiches in the drive through and I always check McDonald’s food before I eat it. On my way home I took one out and the tater sauce was all over the sides and the bun and it had hair in the cheese. I hadn’t eaten all day so I went back and this time I went inside. I told one of the employees what was wrong with it and that it was sloppy so she told the manager and the manager went to the back and told them to remake it correctly. I noticed while I was inside that the manager and NONE of the kitchen workers had on hats or hair nets so I was immediately disgusted and asked for a refund.

Sloowwwww.if you ever wondered why leesburg built that huge Calder Calder sack right next to McDonald's? It's for the employees to tell the customers to pull forward and park so they can take forever screwing up your order.

Parking lot has always been difficult to navigate. Had to pull off to wait a drive-thru, waiting spaces in poor location. Service and food was well above average McDonalds.

Horrible service that forgot about me twice and had no manners to speak of.shoved my food in my face without a word.won't be coming back.

They got my whole order wrong! And didn't even try to fix it! The girls at eustis McDonald's is very rude

Typical McDonald's food. We went through the drive-thru and the service was fast, they got the order correct (a cheeseburger no onions with extra pickles, & a small fry), and then we were on our way. I only ate about 1/2 before my stomach declared itself full.

Poor attitude of the staff. Long delay in receiving "fast" food. No pride in the work they do. Just throw it together and disappoint the customer.

Extremely slow service. The "manager" in the back making the food was extremely unprofessional and should not be allowed to be a manager. Shouldn't be waiting 35 minutes for "fast food"

Ordered a medium Mcflury cup was only half filled when I questioned it, I was told that's the machine it automatically fills it ok if I'm gonna get a snack size then charge me for one. I've had good experiences at this one but lots of negative also. Lots to get together at this new location on 19 and 561 in Tavares

The slower McDonalds in the world.and be prepare to repeat yourself al least three times, employees seems to be in other world.

Getting real tired of 12 to 15 people behind the counter, 2 customers and they are acting all crazy like 100 just walked in. Plus watching the guy make our food touch his face, head, shirt, machine and his coworkers but not change his gloves

It's a McDonalds. You get what you might expect from the chain. Drive through is usually fast, which is what I come for. For $5, the salads aren't bad.

Very slow service at the drive thru, always a line. Tonight only ordered a smoothie, 11pm very slow, put car in park several times. Always like this.

Slow slow slow I have never been inside of a ff restaurant and felt I needed a waiter and drink service get it together guys

Told us to come inside with complicated orders because it was too hard for them and to make things in the Drive-Thru like that.

I waited 30 min for my order and it was wrong. Manager corrected the order and enlarged the fries for my trouble, but it made me late delivering to work crew. Y hamburger was not fresh, either. Missing a cheeseburger that was order.

I found out today from an insider that the McDonald's signature sauce is in fact different from the Big Mac sauce.
This comment is not a reflection on this particular location but McDonald's fries have become disgusting. They're not even fries anymore but shoe string potatoes. Plus I've read from more than one source that McDonald's fries consist of fourteen different ingredients.

The employee taking my order was very polite. But did sit at the window for 6 minutes waiting on my food.
