McDonald's, Leesburg FL

I had A wonderful breakfast. I had a free coffee with a very tasty a eggs, cheese, 'n bacon biscuit for breakfast

Went through the drivethough and we awaited about 5 mins to pay them we sat there for 10 mins we got told to go to the 3rd window and we waited for another 10 mins and we got out entire order wrong so don't go but to if u want to have your order wrong.

This McDonald's was a real struggle. Tough to get the order understood at the drive through. Then took very long for 2 coffees and 2 egg sandwiches. The sandwiches we're not what was ordered, but we had a flight to catch, and could not wait any longer. Then down the road found out both coffees were full of grounds. Not what we normally expect and get out of a McDonald's.

In the morning if you're hungry everything was cold took 16 minutes to get a biscuit and hash Brown at 8: 40 in the morning Staff was rude

Terrible service. Rude, apathetic, and incompetent employees. Food is usually cold and not served as ordered. LONG waits. Napkins and condiments are rationed.

They turn off the registers to make customers use kiosks, but the kiosks do not work with cash, coupons, or deals on the app! It's a ridiculous place.

Waiting all most 18 minutes Just for 2 egg muffins sure glad I don't own stock in MD I whoud sell every single shears I

Every time we've came to eat here the customer service sucked and always were out of something we wanted.the people are rude and don't care how they treat or keep the place.

I'll give a five for this location on service. ***** Dine in and friendly service ordering with quick delivery. Large Biscuit brought to the table hot and fresh with a smile. Good hot coffee and didn't forget the cream. Clean dinning area and drink fountain and this was a busy time for breakfast.

This McDonalds never fails to screw up my order and I order simple stuff. I don't ask for no pickles or ect. Just a regular order. Even when I check to see if it's good I go home open the quarter pounder box and inside is a big mac. I ask for a guava cream pie and I get and apple and ect. On top of that the fries are always cold and they are more expensive then other McDonalds. I was trying to give them a chance but not anymore.

Waited in Drive thru for 10-15 without order being taken while the other drive thru was being taken care of. We left without having our ever being taken.

This place in Leesburg sucks.they wrap the sandwiches wrong and then you get charged for a sandwich that you didn't order.won't be going back

This was just your typical fast food restaurant but the service was good and the food was average for fast food. The day I was there it was cash only because there credit card system was down and not working.

Spent over and hour yesterday @ this sorry excuse of fast food restaurant in the DRIVE THROUGH! And go to redeem my meal for today still MESSED up. The cashier was rushing my order, couldn't keep it on the screen. I didn't think it was that hard to listen to someone speak, take an order with the push of a BUTTON and was forgot at the 3rd window. Cooperate will be notified.

If McDonald's is going to come out with a new beef patty for there Quarter Pounders they need to teach their associate's how to cook them all the way through and not serve them raw and then when you have them recook it for you they don't even get it done and you walk out before your Foods even finished and everybody else in your group is already eaten.

Claim to be open 24/7, yet 3 times I have been at this location I have been told they cannot serve me between excuses of system not being available or transferring over to breakfast! Garbage location!

McDonald's is what it is. Service was decent. I did order my burger without a bun and they did serve it it in a nice container for me.

Food good as always but very slow service at the drive through. Then the order was wrong and I had to go in anyway.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! The cashiers are rude and for the SECOND time I have been given RAW chicken nuggets! To make matters worst even after someone in corporate contacted me NOTHING has been done! Very unacceptable!
