They are always out of something! Don't expect to get milkshakes, apple pies, the latte machine stays broken, or pretty much anything else you are craving. They will get your order wrong too.like adding a random flavoring of their choice to your coffee. BK down the road is much better.

Best order of fries without salt EVER! Nothing like answering the siren call of those golden arches.

Cheese burger was 2 out of 5. Could've been fresher. The nugget we're 4 out of 5. Service was 4 out of 5 (grading on a curve for Miami).

McDonald's is my fast food go to place for comfort food and selection varying from salads to the iconic Big Mac.
This location was a little chaotic and slow though the staff and service was very good. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

Horrible. Dirty tables and floor, fries were soggy even after I asked for fresh fries. Grease was old, line was long outside so I went in only to see a bunch of chitter chatter going on including management. Pass this Mickey D's

Service was fine. Restaurant is old and not as clean as it should be. Fries were cold, old and soggy. Take out order.

Great and fast service. The cashier was awsome she took my order and then repeated it to make sure it was right and it was she did a great cashier. Good job hun

Not very helpful staff members and they made the wrong order then looked at me as if it was my fault avoid if possible.

Very nice very respectable don't take me long to get my food I like that I am very happy with them

Overnight always "closed"! Then when it's open they ALWAYS get your order COMPLETELY wrong! WORST MCDONALD'S!

One the most disorganized and rude McDonald's I have ever been to. I will never go back. Lots of flies everywhere.

Took forever to order and when we recieved the food was all wrong and even forgot to give us the drinks

Poor service, rude morning staff. Have had to cuss out employees on multiple occasions because order was incorrect and when I tried to let then know they got an attitude. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

Awful customer service! Especially at night. Staff is a joke. One time I got handed and order that was not mine to begin with, then they apparently miss took my order and asked there employee questions when she almost gave me the wrong order to begin with

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The guy at the drive-thru line was completely disrespectful. This is why people have such low expectations of this franchise. They have incompetent people working. I guess everyone needs a job even the scums of the earth.

The drive thru lines are always long. The service us slow in drive thru. Also, they do not put condiments in the bag. You must ask for them.

Only got a drink but was greatly delayed as the gift cards were scanned.and manager had to assist.

One time ordered 2 mc chickens they look like they re fried 5 times then sold to me.asked for sweet and sour but they ran out.oh and about 3-4 times a week at night time they don’t have any ice cream or shakes because they want to close the machine and keep it clean until the next shift.doesn’t make sense if your open for business you should have shakes.lazy workers can’t even do a simple job.

Food Quality sucks, ask for hot it still comes out cold. Ask for fresh, why even ask, comes out dry. Needs people that care about there job

The service is terrible. The cashier was super rude. Unacceptable. It's not my fault you hate your job, I wish I would have noticed her name. Go get a job you do like.
