The manager (man) (I'm not remember the name) is so rude and disrespectful, and racist with Hispanic people, but the curios thing is the he's a spanic man. One day I called him on the window to complain about the services in Spanish because I know that him speak Spanish and he acted like he dont speak Spanish and was so irrespectfull and close the window in front of my face
