Utterly useless. I have been getting around on a broken foot since 9: 30AM. This is the 3rd MD NOW I have been to for treatment for my broken foot. Dr. Garcia wrote the prescription wrong and now the pharmacy wants me to drive the 30 minutes back to fix his mistake. More walking with crutches on a broken foot for these people’s mistakes. After today I will never again go to an MD Now. Run away from these people.

I had an infection and was given medicine that didnt work. Then they wanted me to come back in again for a re exam. Subpar doctors and all about the money.

Bad hospital, they charge you $ 148 and then you sit waiting for 80 minutes and then you are told that you still have to pay, yesterday you fell with a big leg that hurt you just wanted to check that everything is fine! I do not recommend!

This place is take the money and run clinic. Went in for a covi test today took my money swabbed me and did not even tell me if I have a fever. Went to call back and it impossible to reach anyone one there and they had 0 patients when I left. Never again

Discriminatory front desk, rude, unprofessional, specifically, the plus size older front desk female. They talk about the patients appearance or accents. I'm not sure why they think other patients aren't listening, very sad.

Doctors are the worse, one of them dare to tell me I was an addict. Because I had a really bad back pain and I kept asking for something stronger while I was taking Motrin he sent exactly the same, when it wasn't working.
Sometimes the music is extremely laud.
Several rude Drs. The one from today Armando A. Cabrera or Carrera told me exactly "He didn't know what a quinoline medication was", I explained since I'm also aware of my allergies", he didn't even introduced himself.
The ones who are latinos want to talk to you in Spanish immediately. They think his word is a law and talk louder to you so you don't explain your situation and just sent medicine for "while you see your Dr. "
I'm tired of that situation. I hope they evaluate this clinic. Today was not nurse so the Rx technician took my vitals and symptoms.

During the week I asked to see a specific doctor who examined me the first time I went back I went back for a follow-up specifically to see the same doctor they said sure no problem I went there the doctor was not there not happy with the service at all probably won't be going back. Your staff doesn't really care I think you better get better management because all they're doing is pissing off patients.it would be nice if your doctor spoke some English I don't know if you noticed but this is America Florida is part of the United States. I'm never going back to your facilities by the way.

They prescribed my husband insulin with no needles, basically giving him no way of taking the medication. They knew he had insulin pens (like epi pens with twist in needles) before but not needles to inject from a vial. We have been going back and forth with them and the pharmacy for well over an hour and counting.

I have a mixed emotions with this review. I have to say that my experience has always been great until last Saturday. The two ladies at the front desk were more concerned about my co payment than the reason of my visit. We followed all the process when requesting an appointment (of course we paid) otherwise they would stop asking for it. All of the sudden, we ask about the therapies and mentioned we were involved in a car accident. One lady say: ughhhhh did they mention anything when they came in? I said no because you didn’t ask. Then we had some issues for the co-payment and some information I was obligated to sign prior receiving it. Finally I called Vickie which attitude was reduced after I explained the reason of asking for her. One lady gave me the right information for the co payment while the other one jumped in and told her that she was wrong. At the end, everything got resolved but if we are traumatized for a collision that we had, the last thing we need is to be dealing with two receptionist OWNERS wanna be. There is always a way of saying and treating customers without making them feel uncomfortable. They should be able to control their emotions and understand the inquires better because we all have different situations and I am sure they don’t want to pay for a service if they do need to. Especially is the reason of seeking medical assistance is because an irresponsable driver injured us. Be more human and learn from the rest of the staffing, nurses and doctors who were LOT more considered and human! Just because those two ladies I don’t give the rating that the rest of your staff deserve. Sorry!

The aide who handles urine test. She is an African American or Haitian. She has no customer service qualities. Talks in a monotone and you can tell she's not happy. I felt uncomfortable around her.

Staff was great with the exception of the nurse that checks you on. She apparently didn't care for her job or appeared to be having a bad morning. Didn't care for her attitude.

I have been to this location prior and the front desk experience has always been the worse. Dr. Bralin Bean is exceptional but my recent experience with the front desk personnel was horrible. I had a consult this past Saturday and received a follow up message to pick up a script to proceed with a CT Scan. I went by the office two days after to pick up the script and as I approached the front desk no one greeted me. I advised the front desk person that I was picking up an RX and the dry reply received was "a script for what" then she yelled to another coworker "anybody left a script for a patient" never once showed that she cared about why I was there. I am also in the medical field and our goal is to treat every patient with care, empathy and as one of our family members. They failed at that numerous times during my visit. I hate to see such great backroom staff tarnished by the negative attitudes and poor customer services set forth by the front desk. I do hope this issue is addressed and corrected as I do not want others to be treated as I did.

The doctors nurses and office staff excellent customer service with the exception of the office manager. I come inside with coughing fit she doesnt give me any water to help stop the coughing. The coughing finally subsides. I came in because i had a covid 19 appointment. I was told that my oxygen levels were a little low from last visit so i have to go to the hospital. I was checked out by a paramedic and was told my oxigen levels were fine. I was under the impression that an urgent care office should have oxygen for patients. What if a baby comes in and have an asthmatic episode the baby cant be treated there because of the policy no oxygen. This is ridiculous

I went there in September last year.the experience was horrible. I had to return in January this year (lawyer order). Tbe service was not as bad.but my x-ray was misdiagnosed/misread. (cost me to get a CAT scan.) My visit yesterday was a lot better (new and friendlier med staff.happy to see improvement) I only hope my tests are not misread again.since it's pre-op. Keep improving!

The receptionist was polite, and helpful. Dr. Dr. Garcia was very nice, patient, and kind. This was the 3rd time visiting there and this was yet the best experience so far. Previous to experiences we're good as well.

After work because I had trouble with my right foot and didn't know what was bothering it, I went in at 5.there was a very nice lady at the desk who took my insurance information I was admitted. I was in and out in an hour and 50 minutes. The doctor looked at my foot told me what he thought it might be. I had X-rays there and he gave me the results of the X-ray and that was it. Now I know what is wrong with my foot. I like MD now because I went in there I had somebody look at my foot I had X-rays.it was all done in the same place without me having to waste one day going to the doctor and one day going to get X-rays and then another day having to go back to the doctor so he can explain what is wrong with my foot. This place is just perfect for a busy professional like me. It is also very clean.

Very good service. No long waiting. Very professionnal service at all levels (welcoming person, nurse, doctor). A clear written report was given as well as explanations on how to solve the problem. Link with a pharmacy of our choice for prescription. Good parking facilities.
