This place is very unprofessional. Not only did the doctors themselves use inappropriate launage while speaking with my husband but the front desk is not accommodating either. They said they don't allow visitors in the back however while I was waiting I saw 3 couples go back together! So I asked the front desk why they allowed them back but not me and the woman up front gave me an attitude, and didn't give me a clear answer! When I tried to walk away she continued to tell me "I don't know what to tell you, you'll have to wait out here. " They shouldn't even allow the people to wait in the waiting room if they are not being seen if it is that big of a problem. The nurses here don't seem much better, my husband told me he asked the nurse that was with him "how come my wife can't come back here? You allowed other couples back here together? " The nurse COMPLETELY ignored his statement, so he asked her again, and of course no response yet again. Will not be coming back here.

Called earlier in day to see if a doctor could do anything about bulging vein on my forehead. Receptionist said specifically that the doctor could do something but wasn't sure what. Went to office and prior to paying the receptionist which is the same person I spoke to earlier when I called that day (Shellyann Sampson) I asked her again "are you sure the doctor is able to do something for my issue? " The doctor was right around corner for her to have confirmed, but yet again she stated the doctor could do something but wasn't sure what. I then proceeded to pay $160. When I got called to the back room to see the doctor the doctor said to me "what you came in for we can not do anything here for that. " Yet they still took my money. So I basically paid $160 dollars for nothing after I specifically asked twice whether they could solve my medical issue or not.
All they want is your money. They don't care about people, they just care for you to pay. Save yourself the trouble and money and find a different establishment to help you. They are theives.

What an unprofessional office! My husband and I went for a Covid test with no symptoms! They charged us for an office visit for a nurse to do a swab for a Covid test! They told us no co pay is going to be charged! And sure enough a bill comes for a co pay! They should disclose this up front!

Great company and top notch customer service! I got some medical advice and a prescription delivered to the pharmacy next door that same day - no hassles, no taking off work, no waiting room. MD Now Urgent Care is a great service!

MDNow in Margate in Plaza with Best Buy. First let me say the entire visit was not terrible. My first encounter with the receptionist was not unpleasant. However, the nurse that was working Tanesha that bought me to the examination room was in my opinion cold, also my weight and height was not taken and I felt as if I was a bother. I typically don't write reviews but I actually read them before I go most places so I decided that I would write one today. I am an HR personnel and I believe Customer Service is important and no matter how you are feeling try to put your feelings aside an if you can't then take a break. We all have bad days but it is important to still treat people with the utmost. I would recommend any of my staff to this MDNOW unfortunately or anyone for that matter because I would not want them to feel the way I felt by Tanesha.

Want to say my experience was great from the start. When I called the person I spoke to was courteous. When I got there everyone at front desk was nice and helpful. Jose Who drew my blood was amazing. Total experience was A+

I HAVE BEEN SEEN HERE AS A PATIENT THREE TIMES, AND EACH AND EVERY TIME I HAVE RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL CARE! ALL OF THE STAFF FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE FACILITY IS BEAUTIFUL AND I AM NEVER THERE FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AND RECEIVE QUALITY CARE. THEY EVEN CALL YOU THE NEXT DAY TO SEE HOW YOU ARE FEELING AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. I NOW USE THEM AS MY PRIMARY AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MY PCP.

One person, one hour wait. Highly recommend parkland urgent care, can get in and out without sitting in waiting room listening to staff bs about their personal lives.

Staff was friendly and courteous and was told that it might up to an hour before I was to be seen by the Doctor. But to my surprise I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Doctor was very informative and empathetic.

This was the worst experience I've had in the medical industry. Firstly, I had no idea that I would not be seen by and actual Doctor, instead I was seen and diagnosed by a Physician Ast. It felt like it was this young lady's first day on the job and she appeared unsure of herself. Secondly, I'm not even certain I was diagnosed correctly, considering she didn't provide any details as to what the diagnosis entails. Lastly, she didn't give me any verbal instructions to go home with, such as; stay off your foot, Ice or heat, elevation, instead I received a generic email with these generic details. Basically, I spent $155.00 to just be handed prescriptions and a "take care". The only reason I went to this facility and not my own doctor was toable to het an X-ray without having to go two places in such a short amount of time. I went in there barely able to walk and came out still barely able to walk and no offer for some sort of splint or something similar. Next time, I will certainly wait to see my own doctor. In the end as the ole saying goes, "you get what you pay for" although I think I got less. I would have given this place zero stars but that wasn't an option. Be warned, don't go here. This is also not a friendly facilty. Medical care is very expensive even with insurance so don't waste your time here. I think I will file a dispute to get my money back.

I was seen quickly by a highly qualified physician who gave me a diagnosis and medication to cure my symptoms. Facility was extremely clean and staff was very polite.

Fast, clean, admittedly a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Strongly recommend if you need to see a doctor quickly.

This is the second time I went there. The
Staff is very professional, treat you with
Respect, very warm. They always have the best doctors. Today Dr. Asfar Mushtaq was
Very accurate and compassionate.
Keep doing such a Great job!
Plus the place is always inmaculate.

Always a wonderful experience. The staff always greets you with a smile and are very patient. The main lobby and all the rooms are very clean and comfircomfo. The doctors and aids are wonderful and very thorough.

I took my 3 year old son to get checked out because he was complaining of shoulder pain. The doctor yanked on his arm and said their was nothing wrong with him that he could see. He said he was good to go without even taking an X-ray to be sure. Two days later still in a lot of pain, we took him to the ER and found out he had a broken collarbone. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to see a real doctor the first time.

Dr Fernandez is a liar and extremely stuck up. Pressured me into a lab test that I did not want to do and extremely overpriced. The lady in the front also lied to me on the phone about services offered to get me to come in and after I paid the $145 to see the doctor she told me she was “wrong”. Go to a different MDNow location or even better another company.

I walked in the clinic on Monday 11th March to be seen by a doctor. The guy at the counter said sign in and wait ok, I did that then 30 minutes later the other guy took my info and payment. Cool. Then about 35 minutes later my name was called, very nice. The young lady took me to the room and took my vitals with some questions and then said we have to wait for the doctor, no problem. About 35 minutes later a male can in and did a fly swab, good. I asked him how long do I have to wait again he said a few minutes. About 1 hour after that the “doctor” came in. She asked how I was doing then looked into my throat and ears, asked about my parents, how they died and how old they were. She used her device to sound me my grandkids could have done a better job listening to my chest and heart. She then sanitized. Never said she was done and left. Another half hour passed, now I am fuming so I opened the door, there she is sitting at the computer and the male attendant sitting at his desk. I said do you all know what is taking this long now 3 hours he got up and said oh you are ready then gave me the prescription. I left but that doctor is the most unprofessional I have met. Please someone help them fix the situation.

Doctor are nice but billing department is HORRIBLE. They illegally and fraudulently charged my card without my knowledge. At no point between January 1 and today (February 13) was I informed that my insurance (Aetna) declined to pay them for my visit on January 1 and therefore had no idea that I had a balance. I was NOT contacted via email nor phone about a possible balance before this charge was made. I will be reporting this to my credit card company.

George, who works at the West Palm Beach Office, needs some training! I requested to speak with his manager and he informed me that he could transfer me to her (Ruth) voicemail. I then asked to speak with Ruth's manager (Jody) who he said was in a meeting. I am guessing he did not want me to speak with them.
