24I had a great experience, I had to visit MD Now this morning, everyone were kind, the place was clean I didn't have to wait long to be seen, starting from the front desk to the Dr. Everyone were nice and understanding.
I thought that I might have the flu. Doc initially thought no bad cold since I did not have a fever for several hours. My symptons most mirrored a cold. He said, however, we will test to be certain. I did have the flu. The medication he had me take is working, I feel better than I have in days-not an antibiotic but helps the symptoms. I highly recommend this location the staff was courteous AND best way for me to describe is they were professionally friendly. When you are sick (even us adults) need some support. Being a Sunday in the height of flu season I waited about an hour. TV was on, complimentary water bottles and plenty to read.
Friendly staff, clean facility, relatively quick service. Really surprising they don't have a proper way to deliver test results without going there in person.
Staff were amazingly friendly and courteous. Dr. Becker really able to put my mind at ease.follow up call next day really nice.
