Medical Center of Trinity reviews
40This is a dangerous place in the ER. Many are so careless. Maybe they are just burnt out and/or really don’t have a lot of intelligence and should be working in a different industry! I was told after 6 hours in the ER today that all was normal and yet my entire urinalysis was abnormal and I still feel horrible! I am going to the press, and news channels with this as I have had it with the BS that goes on in the medical community! No one wants to take responsibility! The PCPs and other specialists tell you go to the Er and then the Er says go to your pcp. I just spoke with the most inept unit secretary who told me there was no charge nurse or doctor anywhere to be found to review abnormal lab results that I was told were “perfectly “ fine. So she basically had zero compassion and lied to me by telling me there was absolutely NO ONE there who could talk, no doctors or charge nurse on the floor and said it was cause of HIPPA! What BS it has nothing to do with HIPPA since I was being treated at their ER. So I guess the 24 hour ER department closed? Ok, so do these personnel think we are idiots? I have great insurance and will be charged for this visit but someone answering the phone can’t get me the help I need. I wonder if that is how Trina the unit secretary would except to be treated? ! If someone has an once of compassion maybe I will get a call back.
I came in bleeding heavily from my nose for over 2 hours. They spent the first 30 minutes making sure I had insurance to pay the bills. The excuse they made while I sat there coughing up blood was they wanted to know who I was and what meds I was taking. Okay, fine! But could you not get some stuffing up my nose and let me lay back to control the bleeding without offering me any meds? Honestly, making the patient comfortable and taken care of takes 5 minutes and then you'd have all the time you need for admin. But when paperwork is more important than patient care, we have a serious issue. My 2nd visit to this facility and my last, no doubt.
Every single person on staff was friendly, courteous and kind. Never felt more comfortable in a hospital setting in my life. Thank you!
I was seen quickly and the staff was very kind and helpful. First time I'd been in a hospital in 35 years! Got good care.
The nurses and doctors were very good
But the room i was in on the 3rd floor for two days wes not cleaned at all. The trash can Wes full to the top.
Everyone was super wonderful, explained everything completely and showed kindness and compassion thru out my visit.
Michelle in NICU went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible for us and our baby girl. She has absolutely amazing bed aide manner and extremely professional. She made my wife and I feel safe and taken care of. Again went above and beyond for our circumstances.
Not very happy with the whole intake situation at the hospital. Very 3rd worldish. The office cubicle holding areas very uncomfortable and very unprofessional.
I'm happy to say that TMC ER redeemed themselves last night. The front desk EMT, nurses, admitting clerk, and Nurse practitioner. Our toddler, turns out, has the flu. Thankfully nothing worse. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and understanding about what ended up being mostly overreacting and scared parents. Still seems understaffed, but they moved fast and got tests done much faster than expected.
Delivered my daughter April 30th and everyone was so amazing! The maternity ward was absolutely beautiful and everyone made it so comfortable! Dr. Smith delivered my daughter and I highly recommend him as a doctor for prenatal care. I really wished I remembered the nurse name that helped me during pushes but everything was a complete blur to me, she was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable! She deserves recognition! All the nurses do! My nurse suzanne at night I had her for the two nights I was there and she was absolutely wonderful. I definitely recommend having your baby here!
Dr. Bardach and the entire nursing staff in the maternity unit were such a pleasure during the labor and delivery of my daughter on 4/26. Especially, Teri, Belinda, Suzanne, Caroline, Lisa, Cynthia and Bonnie (Lactation consultants). The cafeteria food was also exceptionally delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our 48 hour stay. We received many supplies to take home with us for postpartum care as well as a frozen lasagna, breadsticks and chocolate chip cookies which was such a delightful touch. The entire experience was memorable in the best way. Thank you to everyone who made the birth of Ellie such a wonderful experience.
Staff is great! But as told to me by 2 insurance adjusters and a lawyer this is the most expensive hospital in 3 counties. GO SOME WHERE ELSE. PRICES ARE CRIMINAL
Suffering from very high blood pressure.i was admitted. My pressure was monitored.blood was drawn, An EKG was started and shortly I was taken for a chest x-ray. Staff, nurse Lauren and Doctor (on floor) professional and courteous. I was medicated and within three hours was able to go home
Unbelievable service!
I had outpatient surgery there in 6/2018. Everyone was nice from the moment I stepped into the building, registration, pre-op, surgery, post-op, and discharging.
I went to the Trinity ER late at night on Aug 1 and it took about 4 hours to be seen by a physician's assistant.
Took my daughter here and we were quickly taken back and treated. She has pneumonia and they did amazing helping treat her until she was transferred over to the children's hospital. They were so helpful with not only her, but also were very helpful with my son who I had with me. I would definitely recommend this hospital!
Worst hospital I have ever been to. Laied their 3 days waiting for stress test was told to wait another day needless to say I left. Dr.young very rouge.
Horrible experience. Lack of communication and it’s clear to see that the staff does not care of catering to the needs in a timely fashion. I been literally waiting for 3 hours for paperwork. Prior to that we waited 4 hours in agony with no good reason on why it took so long. NEVER GOING AGAIN. And seriously hope no one experiences the same.
I had a wonderful experience at this hospital. We had our first baby here, after searching extensively for the right OB, we couldn’t have made a better choice. As a new father I was accommodated as equally well as you would expect. There was a great level of safety and comfort all around. The nurses were very polite and took great care of mommy to be and the baby when she arrived! Not to mention our Dr.was supportive as anyone would ever hope for and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to deliver our little girl! Even the dining staff were excellent. Definitely recommend this establishment if you are having a hard time deciding where you’d like your child to be born.
The staff swear all the time the first person you meet is a rent a cop not a nurse i thought that was weird
