I always had a great experience in the ER but on Monday it was totally different!
The nurse Heather was rude & arrogant she didn't even look at me while asking her questions then when I would answer her tone was disturbing to say the least!
I will applaud the doctors assistance Ed is was pleasure to deal with.
Heather you signed up to be a nurse if you can't deal with patients may I suggest finding a career in the prison system!
NEVER AGAIN!

My experience with the hospital was great. I had to get rushed into surgery to have my appendix removed and everything happened very quickly. The nurses were very attentive and efficient with checking vitals and delivering medication. My surgeon Dr. Frattini met with me before and the next day and my recovery nurse Deanna was excellent. Everyone seemed organized and knowledgeable.

I had a great birth experience at Medical Center of Trinity. The Nurse MaryAnn practically delivered my baby. The nurses were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I learned about nursing and much more from the great staff. Thank you to everyone that was involved at Trinity for the great experience.

The West Pasco Chamber of Commerce is fortunate to have such a great partnership with Medical Center of Trinity! Their support of the events and activities this Chamber provides our community is excellent! They provide meeting space for educational opportunities for our Chamber members as well as sponsorship for our many events! They are a true partner with our Chamber and very beneficial to our community. This past Friday they were awarded the WPCC Large Business of the Year for 2017-2018.

This facility is absolutely top tier from the staff to the infrastructure both in appearance and operational alike. I cannot say enough good things about the level of professionalism and care I received during my stay. I was on the 4th floor.

This hospital has saved my moms life not only is the staff great so I heard she had very exquisite food choices fillet mignon or t bone steak and chocolate cake if I was ever there and needed surgery that would be the place to be

From someone who is chronicly in hosp about ever other month for week to two most days are great food is as expected you must order to get good meals and nurses are both great and somewhat less like playing lottery. You win sometimes 2 dollars and sometime a million

Worst service ever. No empathy or compassionate care. Very interested in getting rid of me. By the way I'm bleeding from my stomach. I wish I could no stars cause that's what your ER deserves.

Wonderful care today from everyone! Registration was efficient. Sally in pre-admission is so gentle with blood work and IVs. Mack in MRI was constantly making sure I was comfortable and explained each step of the testing. Abby in Ultrasound was kind and professional. Makes me very proud to work for this hospital. I was in the hospital for a week and diagnosed with uterine cancer. The Doctors and nurses on the 3rd floor were great especially Matt & Niko. They went above and beyond and were just awesome

Took mom here because of the great care I received a few years back. Unreal service at this hospital.

I went to this ER in 2016 for a heart issue. I was there less than 1 1/2 hours. They did a chest xray and gave me an asprin. The bill was over $11,000. After my insurance knocked it down. I still had to pay out of pocket $2700.

My physical therapist, Kristine, is highly professional, consistently compassionate and best of all she gets results!

Took my elderly mother to ER. Seen quickly and admitted. CNA Stephanie was very sweet and helpful. Food staff very nice and made sure she had everything she needed. Nurse Monte excellent and knowledgeable. Explained things to us. Good care.

Want to give a shout out to all the nurses and doctor who helped deliver my sisters baby! Especially Cay for her patients and understanding with us. She definitely went above and beyond for us. Amazing hospital, great people, and the best day ever.

Currently in the Emergency "waiting" area for my brother who is clearly delirious and coughing up pink blood.but yea let's just have him wait 2 and a half hours without giving him any fluids or taking him back to see a doctor. This hospital was trash when I was a patient four years ago and is still trash.

Also, your administration sucks just as much as your patient care.

They make you wait hours and don't tell you anything. They don't let you walk outside an smoke.yhis hospital sucks

A woman in her 60's walked in with a BP of 244 over 120 and she hasn't been seen in over an hour. Can we say potential heart attack?

My ex-husband was taken to Trinity by ambulance. Waited 4 hours to find out screws in his lower back are loose from a previous spinal fusion that was performed by a doctor affiliated with Trinity. Gave him pain medication and sent him away because he doesn't have insurance.

I can always depend on the quality of care I received at this facility.from lab work to surgery. The staff and doctors consistently put patient needs first.
