My boss came in the other day looking to buy a 100,000 Mercedes and the salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was ignored and pushed aside. That salesman surely missed out. When your buying a Mercedes shouldn’t be treated like your buying a Kia!

My brother walks in with a cash in hand offer, for a S65 coupe. No price listed the sales presents a price over 40k higher then the highest KBB listed value, he could not justify why it was priced so high. The sales rep then asked to talk to the sales manager he walks out of the room for an extended period of time, my brother then sees the sales rep drive away outside purposefully not making eye contact. He asked a few of the other reps what was going on, no one knew or could say anything about it, they just ghosted him. How could a company employ people like that and continue to let them do that to a good paying customer? Furthermore how brazen the reps are makes me wonder how many people they’ve price gouged and got away with it. Personally that’s complete organized disrespect I will never take my business here again nor with ever refer them to anyone!

We are from out of town and we're driving through daytona on the way to the keys. Our M class started throwing codes, and mike in the service department took great care of us. Didn't try and sell us up or take advantage. Great experience, clear answers and great peace of mind. Thanks MB of DB!
And they washed our vehicle for free

I was helping a business partner locate a specific vehicle and referred him to this location and was completely disappointed by the unprofessional treatment that was received. I’ll never refer someone to this dealership again. The person owns two Benz already and had all of the intentions of purchasing another one. Very poor customer service.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! Representative/Sales guy actually left after he tried to price gouge and was called out on it.just said "let me talk to the sales manager" then snuck out.got into his vehicle and drove off!

Great dealership. Just bought a ML400 online with Gerald. He as awesome and every step along the way was easy. The car is beautiful and the price was fair. Highly recommend!

Very clean and organized dealership! My salesman Gerald Somers was great and walk me through the entire online purchase process. He used his personal time on his off days to ensure I understood every step of the entire process due to the fact I lived 3 hours away!

This was my first time purchasing online and it will be the only way from now on.

My son had to get his car serviced here and he got a loaner car but he was under age by year so I had to show up and and get the loaner car for him and they're very courteous, very helpful, a nice place, highly recommended

Very bad customer service. After we Lowe close numbers did change it. The told me car been in service but after I bought it I was oil in the car. Don’t buy from tis dealer!

Wow, what can I say, service, sales and finance 'knocked' it out of the park! I was able to get the car I wanted and be out in less then an hour once all my information was given. Staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed! Definitely will be my #1 choice for dealership in the Daytona Beach area.

I was having an issue with my 2018 GLA with the brakes. Although I had to bring in a few times, my original sales associate and service advisor repaired The brakes like new. The service and excellent Mercedes provides keeps me coming back here after year to buy another Mercedes.

The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Daytona were outstanding. Bobby Martin and Megan Boswell were incredibly professional and courteous. The worked hard to find me just the right car and deal to fit my budget. I highly recommend this dealership and employees.

Best experience ever at any dealership! The staff in the service department is phenomenal. Great customer service, and the service department definitely goes the extra mile! Special thanks to Billy the General Manager, Daniel Barber the Service Department Manager, Shannon, Gabby, Tammy, and the whole staff. I am a customer for life!

I brought my Mercedes Sprinter in for service (tire rotation and balance). My fluids were not topped off, and they parked my van under a pine tree, which dropped sap on it. So, yeah. $120 later and I still need to go buy fluids and also remove tree sap. Kind of a bad deal, right?

Was interested in a Suv, called and said it was sold. A few days later its back for sale. I called about it right away and was told it sold days ago. Then why would you put it back for sale? I believe it was a tactic to get you in and buy a more expensive car.sad.

Always exceed expectations. Mike Iafanti has become an integral part of the Mercedes owning experience. There are a few cars out there that can be compared to an E class, but Daytona Mercedes creates superior car owning experience.

I can't say enough good things about Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach. Great selection and pricing on new and pre-owned vehicles. Customer Service was outstanding - David Joseph in Sales and Metry Shallop in Service both exceeded my expectations! Two wonderful people. PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!
