Service department is utterly useless they cannot recommend anything they cannot tell you how to get things done just bring the car in and they will service it themselves otherwise they will not help. Nor do they have my parts.

I bought an "E 550' for my wife and received the best treatment from Phillip our sales person and Tim the Business Manager. They picked us up at the airport and made the experience exceptional. Phillip spent as much time needed reviewing the vehicle. If you expect and want great service see these guys!

I have some problems with my Windshield wiper.it shake a lot when it's raining. And Mr Billy Smith came out and tried the wiper. I was good enough becuase he used a windshield washer fluid, it lubricate the windshield for sure. I told him it is just because you use fluid to lubricate the surface. He just shake his head. After that, i go to firestone, they said it might something wrong with wiper arms, they can't do it cause they don't have measurements. So i went back to Mercedes Benz of Daytona. I told Mr Billy Smith same thing that guy told me. He said it can't fixed.he think it just because i use the windshield washer fluid, which make wiper to shake. At that time, he is really really impatient. "I told you it can't be repaired. If you wanna make an appointment, Make an appointment. " That's the original sentence he told me. Which makes me really uncomfortable. I checked the website how to complaint about service. It does't work. Their cars are nice. But service i got this time is extremely terrible!

Great place! I love the E class Mercedes my husband owns. He prefers the diesel engine. He owns 3 Mercedes. My favorite there Is the gclass. My husband says they are cheap your paying 60k for a car with a plastic grill. He calls them fake Mercedes. But I happen to like them. Y'all are nice people. Thanks for the free snacks during lunch time.

My wife and I have been proud Mercedes customers for 18 years. My
recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach was the highlight
of this most rewarding relationship.
Megen, my Sales Representative, was incredibly efficient, understanding,
and cognizant of my needs. When she offered to wash my Georgia
license plate, I was totally 'blown away'. She is the total antithesis of
the pushy, obnoxious car salesperson.
Keith, the Finance Director, expeditiously handled my paperwork, and
upon learning that we were locating to the area, offered a number
of restaurant choices which we would enjoy.
Besides expertly performing the tasks of their positions, the 'little
extras' made a lasting impression on me, and will make me a Customer
For Life.

I worked with TL Kays, Bobby and Keith and the rest of the awesome team at Mercedes Benz of Daytona this last week on the Purchase of a great 2013 Boss 302 Mustang. He was incredible to work with over the phone as I live in Atlanta and was going to fly down if we could come to terms. He took great photos of the car and gave me an accurate review of the vehicle before i bought a plane ticket to come check it out. He was incredibly easy to work with and not pushy in any way. As a guy that has been around the industry i can tell you that he knows what he is doing and is a pleasure to deal with. The dealership allowed me to put a refundable deposit down so i would have the car available when i landed the following day. TL Picked me up first thing at the airport once i landed and we had a great test drive.

Keith worked some magic on the financing and even got me a lower rate than what i walked in the door with originally.

Lastly what put me over the top was that I found out on the way home that there was damage to the taillight when i purchased the car. After a quick call to TL. The dealership agreed to to replace the damaged part.

These guys went above and beyond on this sale for me and I would not expect anything less for anybody who walks in the door. I hope to work with them again in the future even if it means i have to fly down to Daytona to pick up the car! Thanks TL!

I was there watching a used 2015 E class in the lobby. As soon as I sat in the car, there's some kind of a sales manager or something came over and told me that I shouldn't sat in the car, the car is for sale.

Issue with clunking in a 4x4 Sprinter drivetrain. Provided all the documentation needed from Mercedes internal memos, was told, since the van was produced after the memo, it does not apply. Spoke to multiple dealers who are actually knowledgeable in the 4x4 chassis, since from what I was told by the dealer, they haven't even sold one, and all said no issue bring it in. Pair that with now 17 other 4x4 sprinters, with the same MFG month or later than mine getting the fix done with ZERO issues from their dealer (I have the documentation from a couple of them) Makes me to believe that unless there is money in it for the dealer, they wont do anything to fix a known issue that is a huge driveability and comfort detractor. Maybe if you spend 60k on an E class or whatever seday they have you will be treated better, but spend it on a van and they seem to want to put more effort into NOT doing work than actually just fixing the issue.

Service was adequate. Tried selling me a bunch of stuff I didn't really need. Told me I need tires when the tread is still 8/10. Typical dealership. My only real complaint would be about the cars themselves. I own 3 older Mercedes. A W123, W124 an a W140. In my opinion these are true Mercedes Benz vehicles. What Mercedes use to be. I was looking at a new E class. It was all plastic. All the "crome" was plasic. Even the grill. The leather felt thin and cheap. Again the wood grain. Plastic. It's a shame how watered down the product has become. Back in the day you actually had to have money to afford a Mercedes Benz. And you got what you paid for. Now they make a car for everyone. People who should be washing them are now driving them.

David Joseph was helpful and enthusiastic throughout the buying experience. The dealership worked with us and made the paperwork easy. They even updated our registration. I would go back again and recommend them all. This is my fifth Mercedes Benz.

Just wow! I have bought cars in the past and have always been thankful for the service, but this was my very first time buying a Mercedes at the Auto Mall and I absolutely LOVED it! Everyone has been so nice here! Best customer service ever! Roger is definitely someone who cares about what he does and goes above and beyond to answer your questions and help with whatever you need! He was great with the whole family! Including our two little boys that were running around! Keith helped in finance and he was awesome too! Thank you guys so much for making it all such a great experience!
