I have had my car serviced at many mercedes dealerships before but the fort lauderdale service center, you need to stay away from. Very very bad service. I am planning on writing the corporate office to share my experience but at all costs stay away and go to another location.

Sam Edelsberg and Stephen Joyner in the sales department are absolutely wonderful. They made my car buying experience so easy. They found the exact car I was looking for, had all of my paperwork ready to go within an hour. We also shopped around and they have us the best deal on our new 2019 C300.

Overall a great and uplifting experience, Tommy is an excellent sales associate that went out of his way to take care of me. I bought a new car and they gave me a with a full tank before I left. I highly recommend this place to anyone that appreciates spectacular customer service and great variety of cars.

First, let me say if I could give less than one star, I would. My husband, who is disabled and a veteran and currently undergoing cancer treatment, purchased in August 2018 a 2014 Cadillac ATS from Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale. Nick being his salesman. The vehicle was sold with only one key and my husband and I were promised a second key, both by JP, the used car sales manager, and also by Nick. Repeated telephone calls were made to both Nick and JP to follow up on when the additional key would be provided. To date, empty promises have been made and our calls have been ignored. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership.
UPDATE: As a result of the foregoing post, we were contacted by management who instructed US (I’m not kidding) to drive to a Cadillac dealership in WEST PALM BEACH to have another key made. They purportedly made an appointment for us for 9am on Saturday morning a few weeks ago and said all we had to do was go there and “everything would be taken care of”. So we went to WPB on Saturday morning 12/15 and lo and behold they had no idea who we were and why we wanted a free key made. And if that wasn’t bad enough, come to find out that the key-cutting employee doesn’t work on Saturdays. After several hours of delay, we left around noon. Wasted our time and expense of the round trip. I offered a resolution to the dealership that they pick up the keys from us (10 min drive from their dealership), have the key made and bring back both sets, but here we are going on two weeks and still no 2nd key. Terrible customer service.

I had a great car buying experience with Joe Hagen of Mercedes fort Lauderdale. He helped me drive off the lot with the car I wanted. Their finance manager, Richard, was also very helpful. I'm very satisfied and happy with my car and deal. Thank you guys, I will definitely repeat as customer.

Beware.step daughter sent in to originally a good deal, some upgrades still descent deal, goes to finance process scare tactics put in place to persuade to buy useless dealership maintenance plan for 80/month, knowing car is covered bumper to bumper 4 years. 6 hours and tears
cost dropped to 40/month for the useless plan.advice, stay clear.

I had an exceptional experience at Mercedes-Benz. My service advisor, Manny, provided a world-class, fast, and seamless appointment. Manny did a phenomenal job of walking me through each step and communicating with me the timeline for my service request to be completed. I highly recommend this location and absolutely suggest an appointment with Manny. 11/10 on the visit. Will surely come back in the future.
