Horrible customer service for this time that I tried setting an appointment. Usually come here out of my way from Miami and all is usually great. Major attitude on the phone and got hung up on twice, my boyfriend called he was hung up on also. Chose to go to coral gables instead.

I was shopping for a used car. Luckily my salesperson was Elie Attie. He was a pleasure to deal with. I ended up not purchasing a vehicle because I didn't find what I was looking for. If you are shopping for a new or used car and don't want the typical salesperson my recommendation would be to see Elie.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Parts deal was able to determine exactly what 8 needed. Only issue was I wanted to pay cash but the cashier was late from lunch.

From the adviser to the rest of the staff I was treated very well here. They were prompt and efficient in both placing my car into service and arranging the loaner vehicle.

I had inquired about the SLK 350 two weeks ago but the sale advisors (Mike and Seth) were not helpful at all, it felt as if I have to beg for information. The car was sold but no one has the courtesy to let me know. Totally unprofessional. I would have rated a big fat zero but that wasn't an option. I took my business to BMW where I'm valued and appreciated.
