Metro Ford, Miami FL

I've been getting my vehicle serviced at this establishment for over a year. But during my most recent visit (3/16/2021) I was extremely disappointed with the way that I was treated as a customer. I went there for a simple issue with my trunk not being able to open. The service department told me that I would have to pay $462 dollars and leave my car there for 3 days because they needed to order a part to fix the issue. Not only that but I was also told that I would have to pay over $50 per day for a rental vehicle. I paid the $462 but I decided to keep my car for the necessary 3 days instead of getting the rental. Once I got back into my car, I noticed that the trunk was working not only that but a few other small issues I had we're also working. As if there was a blown fuse that was replaced. I marched back into the service center and requested a refund. However I was told that I had to pay $62 for an oil change which they did not mention prior nor perform. There was an argument that took place regarding me receiving my refund. After the argument I received a full refund because the service dept.would not produce a receipt as proof of the completed oil change. Needless to say this was an extremely unpleasant experience and as a devoted customer for over a year, I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by this establishment.

Went in to have my routine service done and spoke to Karina. By far one of the best service advisors I’ve dealt with. Super polite and helped me with everything I needed with no hesitation. Will def be seeing her from now on

Sergio Sanabria was very helpful. Got a new explorer. Great price at metro Ford. He was very involved in my purchase and extremely helpful. I came in for service on my previous vehicle and Sergio told me about the specials. I ended up in a new vehicle. Thank you Sergio and metro Ford.

New Information 03/24/21:

After shopping several Ford dealerships in Florida looking for the best deal on a new explorer lease, I was very disappointed with Sawgrass Ford. I walked in and was told by my online salesman Miguel to ask for Angel Velez. I priced the explorer sport and XLT at Sawgrass Ford. The prices they wanted to lease the vehicles were exceptionally high. I told them the price I wanted to be at and the staff at Sawgrass Ford never even offered me a second quote and told me we were too far apart.

I was then able to go to Metro Ford in Miami approximately 1 week later and ended up leasing an Explorer XLT from them for $150 LESS PER MONTH than what Sawgrass was asking for the same vehicle and trim level. The online salesman from Sawgrass Ford kept checking in with me by text to see if I was still in the market. I notified him of my new lease and price from Metro Ford and he told me if I bring in the quote in writing from Metro Ford they would beat it by 15 to 20 dollars a month. All this did was tell me they were knowingly trying to rip me off when I was in their store trying to overcharge me for a vehicle.

So that is 150 dollars saved EVERY MONTH on a 39 month lease. Consumers beware of Sawgrass Fords high prices. Shop around. I won't be taking my business back to Sawgrass Ford. If you are interested in a Ford call Metro Ford in Miami and ask for Sergio Sanabria. HE will get you a fair price on a vehicle.

Man, if I can leave zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional service from Sergio and the staff. Never got back to us within 3 weeks of trying to purchase a vehicle. When we go in on Tuesday, we find out we got approved by 3 banks and never let us know. We come to purchase the vehicle today, and let the sales rep that was taking care of us at the time know and come to find out from Sergio who was unapologetic and unprofessional that they had sold the vehicle earlier that day. DON’T COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

We are so fortunate Metro Ford dealership give us the opportunity to purchase a Suv, local folks just looking for a very cheap car, Sheldon was the sales consultant. We test drove the car down the street and came back to the Dealership, my husband say is to expensive we can’t afford it, Sheldon say to us he have a cheaper one just like the one we like, with more miles Ford Edge 2018 fantastic car. For a real good price.

I definitely recommend Metro Ford dealership the great value to the customer worth time and money. Huge selection of new and used car. I purchase a Expedition that is one of the Best SUV in the market, I would extend my gratitude to Mr Sheldon who was magnificent during the entire Deal. Looking to get a Car visit Metro Ford.

I’m a resident from Sarasota. I was down in Miami during the holidays i was on the internet looking and came across Metro Ford dealership. My wife Ana say why don’t we visit this dealership looks like they have a good deal on the 2019 explorer. We walk in, and was attended by the gentleman Sheldon who was attentive, and willing to helps us, to cut my story short we bought the Explorer, we back in Sarasota and I hope my next explorer will be from Metro Ford. Great place in south Florida.

I lease a Ford Fusion at Metro ford dealership my personal experience was great, enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional staff who believe in given their best specially Mr Sheldon Holland who Was very attentive and helpful.

The service was good thougth i didnt her What i was there looking for. I understans that the sales person will do all in his hands and knowledge to help sale the best for the company. But what if is better doing sometimes what is better to the client. That mostly always are they reason to work. I went in Mazda Ocean and there I found what in meteor Ford the sales person couldn't offer me. Maybe cuse was about the shop close. Maybe.anyway I found the service entertained and good.

I recently went to Metro Ford with my daughter to purchase which would be my sixth car from Metro and still they never fail me! They sold me a car that has two damage report on carfax and they told me the car was perfect with no damage report what so ever and when I had them fix the car I pulled bolts out with my hands right there in the service center after they said they fixed it. Do not by a car here period they are not to be trusted worst experience I have ever had buying a car.
