5 days ago I went to metro Ford and We had an amazing experience. Julio Filgueiras was amazing from start till we got our car. Very pleased with the attention and will be recommending friends and family. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and gave incredible service.

I came to Ford after seeing some internet special. On arrival Jose Diaz came out and greeted my wife and right away. I mentioned the cars I wanted to see and he went got the keys to the three cars. I bought the car I wanted. If you need a car go see Jose Diaz. Sales team and finance team are great!

The customer service during a phone call today was to rude and disrespectful. I had an horrible experience with the receptionist today 8/24/2018 at 11: 20 am. This place is a customer service disgrace. Disappointed and never I will recommend this location or brand. Stay away from metro Ford at all costs!

Had the best time at Metro Ford I purchase me a 2012 Ford Focus from Mr Sheldon Holland who was very attentive and knowledgeable sales consultant.
