Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay

There are no fans in the bathrooms and the steam set off the fire alarms. The front desk was rude and unhelpful, except Gina, who was fantastic. When we asked for restaurant recs the front desk told us to eat in the hotel restaurants and said they did not know of any other places. The balcony was nice and the location okay. Definitely not worth the cost.

I love Marriotts! Every time I go to Miami, this is my preferred hotel. Try to get a room facing the bay if you can!

The service was subpar but the cleanliness was unacceptable. We stayed from Thursday-Monday and no one came to clean the room once. After the second night of staying in the room, I broke out in hives and ended up getting red eye, which has never happened before. I tried to make the best of our trip but it was so hard when I felt the room was so filthy. There was what seems like blood on the curtains in the room as well, which we didn’t notice until like the 2nd or 3rd night bc we had the balcony door opened and the wind was blowing the curtains making the stain looked visible. We even requested for them to come clean the room after the second and third night and they sent someone when we were getting ready and never came back. We asked for extra towels then and was told that housekeeping leaves at 4 so they didn’t have any more clean ones. It really ruined my experience. I had to wear sunglasses the whole time with my eye worsening. Please just clean up and actually change your sheets.

This was the worst Marriott ever! After a 6 hour flight, I arrive at the hotel and have waited over an hour to check in. The “female” security guard was making passes at my fiancé. Then to top it off while waiting so long, I had to use the restroom and all of the restrooms in the lobby are locked! I was told I need a room key! Well if I can get checked in maybe I will have a card! Not to mention all of the loud music ALL NIGHT LONG! This is a disgrace to the Marriott brand!

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable accomodations. Every room has a balcony, which is a plus plus for me!

The room was nice. The service was horrible. The pool hotel as a whole was extremely crowded. I probably won't be going back.

Ein Stadthotel! Sauber uns sehr schön. Ausblick auf die Millionärs Inseln. Ins Zentrum zu Fuß ca. 3 km. Am besten, man nimmt den Metrorail, ist kostenfrei.

Great location right on the waterfront and just a few blicks to all the waterfront parks restaurants and good things Miami.

No way this hotel do not have they're own parking $35 for the valet or 30 for a nearby parking. Look old the pool area is very small. Inside need a remodeling urgent. Doors at fixtures inside rooms look old. Buffet was included for 2 so if I want my 2 daughters to eat is $22 extra for the buffet each total $44. Really they only ate bacon and cereal 'unacceptable'. I pay less on the Hyatt in Orlando and looks thousands times better.

Nice room and excellent position for cruise ship terminal. A very good Italian restaurant close by though rather expensive.

The Marriott Miaminis a great property. I have stayed there several times and always enjoy my stays The property is modern and the staff friendly and accommodating The rooms are updated and modern. It's right on the bay, located in the heart of downtown Miami I'd recommend the property to eveyone

Seems like a nice place. Right by the water and the dock out back has a lot to offer if your looking for something to do. Theres a mini shopping center below. Not much in there but there is a few restaurants that look decent
