Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay

Location is amazing. Beautiful views and nice rooms. However, we had quite a few issues. Keycards never worked right, Netflix didn't work, toilet malfunction. One morning only 2 out of 6 elevators worked. On top of all that, it seemed to be a staging hotel for cruises and flightcrews so the lobby was always crowded.

Very nice place, staff are nice friendly and helpful, beautiful view of the Bay, lights of downtown and surrounding area at night is awesome

Nice hotel with a very very good location, friendly staff available to help at all times. Try to stay in one of the bay view rooms which are great. One of the biggest downsides is the expensive parking fee even if you are a hotel guest you have to pay a lot

Love the decor, prices and easy access to Miami hot spots (clubs, restaurants, not to mention close to the beach)!

We stayed 2 nights. We were greeted warmly, offered bottled water and no problem checking in early with our early morning flight. We will stay here again when in Miami.

Amazing hotel and staff. I spent most of my time relaxing by the pool. Rick was very friendly and talkative. Made me feel at home. I can't wait to return next year.

The room was comfortable, but looked dated. We were overcharged at breakfast and the staff was rude and accusatory when we brought it to their attention.
