Alexus, which I think is the manager of the store, was super helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt just point towards what I was looking for but he actually took me there. I'll come back often because of this great service. Lexi is also fantastic and charming!:)

Always find more than I came for. The semi-precious bead selection is fab & frames styles are plentiful - good prices.

First time walking into Michaels after over a year and I was met by the nicest sales associate EVER, Alexis. Alexis is just the right amount of helpful. The type of helpful that you can tell Alexis likes his job but also would just succeed at anything he does because he cares that much and has a great personality. Normally, I say no thank you to anyone who offers to help, its the part of introvert in me but Alexis asked if we needed help, showed us to the exact sketchbooks we needed and offered more helpful information. It was perfect. Thank you Alexis! (Give that man a raise and promotion)

Store somehow old and dark.only 1 cashier for the whole store and maybe 1 more employer. Lack of staff totally

I’ve used this location on multiple occasions for custom framing. Karen in the framing department is beyond spectacular. She has put so much love and care into every piece that I have brought into her. I highly recommend Karen for all your custom framing projects.

All their Thanksgiving and xmas stuff was already on sale and the service is always fast and friendly.

Very unprofessional staff at this store. FRANCES was very rude and sarcastic. Needs better coaching on how to be receptive when communicating with customers. Very defensive and cast blame where there is none. They made a mistake and tried to pin their mistake on me and even referred to me as being a possible thief. I spend so much money in Michaels and would never expect this treatment. Last week, I went to the store in Coral Spring made a large purchase realize that the cashier did not charge me for three items so I went back in and asked the cashier to charge me.
She thanked me and mentioned that the cashier helping her missed the items. Never did she accuse me of stealing. How's that for INTEGRITY. I don't steal and do not appreciate someone referencing me a as possible thief. This is rated my worst experience in the history of shopping at Michaels. If I can select 0 stars I would. No thank you Micahels Hollywood. Luxury name low standard store.

I go to this Michael's at least once a week and I hate it because I always run into "the manager" Francis who is so rude: (I'm not sure why and I thought it was just me, but I noticed that it is not only with me as she treats her staff bad! God doesnt like ugly and I hope one day she changes and get happy to work there.

Neatness and consistency throughout all of their stores this one however on US1 by Peiwei, and Petsmart is one of my favorite locations!

My spot for all my craft needs. Michaels is the best craft store that I know of in the area. The staff is helpful any chance they get and I am very satisfied with the products that I get here.

Clean store with employees that don't harass you only reason why it didn't get five stars is because after two minutes the lights go out on you in the bathroom and you're plunged into complete darkness.

Also offering services from custom framing, a variety of classes from scrap booking to cake decorating and so much more. Always weekly specials going on so make sure to get on their email list to receive some great discounts and notices of special events. Your imagination is the limit here.
