I have always been a Michaels fan but this store has gotten even BETTER. The way it is laid out, the really friendly
employees who knew everything I asked about and the amazing deals made getting some ptesents there a joy. Clean too!

Asked about an item on the clearance rack, the manager was rude and walked away when she decided she was done explaining why the item was not marked down.
