Moe's Southwest Grill, Tampa FL

Quick meal or a nice place to have a leisurely lunch with a friend. The food is very good and plentiful and starts as low a 3.99 for a single taco with chips and salsa

From the time of entry into Moe’s I was greeted by BRAYTON with smiles served with efficiency and l left with a belly full and all smiles. During my visit at tht my first time at Moe’s he had me sample the queso that was amazing and then came back with another sample of a new spicy queso with beef. He is the star and should be recognized for his excellent customer service and attentiveness to his customers!
I’d say I LOVE MOE’S!

Repeat customer, no longer willing to drive from Temple Terrace for Mo- Monday deal. Last 3-4 times, cust experience sux. No ice, no salsa, or display is obvious old unattended. No drink carriers, (ordering for 4 people, how am I supposed to carry 4 drinks home w food in bags?) Tonight 2 orders missed guack in burritos, when demanded, I was able to wait for portions, but why not get the order right 1st time. No markings. ON WRPPING foil, on 4 orders, so everyone must take the first bite then trade around to get the specific burrito ordered? I'm done

So I work in the hospitality and customer service industry and have been to many Moe's and never have I been to a Moe's where 1. All of the employees are rude and have an attitude 2. They allow a homeless woman eat out of the garbage right outside of the window where their customers are sitting inside trying to enjoy their meal and don't do anything about it after we told them she was out there 3. Their bathroom was disgusting and had no toilet paper. I will never go back to this location EVER again

I never been to this location to eat before. The food was good as always the employees were very nice. The only reason why I give it four stars is the lack of how clean it was as me and my kids dined in to eat our food. Maybe they were short staffed that day cause I only saw two employees but other than that I would come back but hopefully to a cleaner restaurant!

I was there at 11: 15 they just opened and I ordered the 3 tacos 2 chicken 1 steak
The chicken was room temp! Not warm not hot room temp and steak was a tad bit warmer but not much. One of the chicken tacos was real saucy and the other had no sauce steak was chewey. I think they might want to see if their steam table is working properly.

When you walk in the place has a weird smell and it’s super dirty had a bowl food was vary cold and old The place needs a remodel chairs are nasty and walls are dirty never come back here that’s for sure

I've never been to a restaurant that made me emotionally sad until this moes tonight.
It felt like I was in a cafeteria but we were all on timeout.

Honestly one of the most professional and friendly Moe's I've ever been in (barring the Moe's on Daniel's and 41 in Fort Myers, shout out to them <3)!

Today I came in a little after noon and it was extremely busy, but the woman (long brown braid and a nose ring) starting the orders was very quick, friendly, patient and professional! She is maybe the quickest and neatest burrito wrapper I've ever seen (if ya'll don't have contests for this, you should). There were several difficult and confused guests and she handled them with aplomb. Then there's the gentleman with large gauges, and tattoos who always wears a Walk the Lime shirt. He's a delight; he has an absolutely charming smile and is very helpful, professional, and patient. I'm always happy when I see them working because I know my service ill be top-notch. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because while this is definitely the best Moe's in the area my experiences have sometimes been lacking. However they're never *bad*. And usually very clean. I recommend visiting this location!

A tip: If you're coming around lunch time though schedule yourself a bit extra time to leave as the chick-fil-a next door tends to block the exits.

I always get the Kids meal. That's enough for me. Love it and the staff is super attentive and friendly

The girl with curly hair who is tall and light skinned is so unprofessional she threw sauce in the bag like THREW the sauce and gave me an empty cup while picking up and order when she was supposed to fill it up with the drink of the customer who ordered it. NOT UBER EATS FRIENDLY.

Really disappointed in my meal. I ordered through uber eats so I couldn’t take it back to get something different. The biggest issue is that the steak was more like ground beef. I used to frequent Moes more often and always got the steak burrito. I’ve never had such bad steak before. It just kind of crumbled while chewing. I’m not even sure that’s the best way to describe it but it is very low quality. It was also cold. Chipotle has much better, fresh steak. I will not be coming back after this experience

Placed an order (7 Meals) for pick up today (9/16/19) we ordered 5 bowls and 2 wraps.every meal had minimal amount of meat (Less that half of what you usually get when you dine in). We were very disappointed in that not sure we as a company will order from there again.

Great customer service skills, you get to customize your bowl with exactly what you want and like that's my kind of restaurant. No waiting for food to be cooked. You just pick what you want and sit down and relax to enjoy your meal.

Food here is pretty good and most of the employees are really nice. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the restaurant tends to be really hot and it seems the A/C doesn't cool well. In addition, the tables are often left uncleaned.

So decided to stop in and have a quick bite halfway through our burrito We noticed a small 1/2 inch roach on the wall by the booth. Lost our appetite a bit and decided okay time to go, just glanced around while emptying the try and noticed a much larger 2 inch roach dead right where you begin to stand in line to order your food if I saw 2 in less than 10 minutes of being in there how many more do you think are in the back with the food? The girl that helped us was super nice and helpful However.

Welcome to Moe's! That's what you'll hear as you enter the restaurant. Enthusiastic staff make delicious burritos, tacos and more. My favorite is the Homewrecker! A scrumptious meal.

I dont know how this location is still in operation! Dirty Dirty dining room, their prep station is deplorable! The items unrecognizable they were so old and dry! Employees have no respect of the food they serve you! Corporate needs to make a visit. SOON before you make someone sick! Only reason for the star is because you cant post without it.

The menu is ridiculous. They are named really oddly and you can't even figure out what is in them by the name. So if you don't feel like a fool and don't want to slow down the line, I'd pass like I did.

Food was trash one star was for their soda machine with 1000 flavors besides that rice was hard, steak was absolutely disgusting and chicken had no flavor. Worst fake Mexican food I’ve ever had.
